Between the Jardin des Plantes and the Cathedral, in a detached house, on a garden, facing west, independent loft of 49 square meters, with day and night space, open-plan kitchen and large bathroom. Small terrace overlooking the accessible garden. If necessary, extra bedding possible for a third person. You will find a quiet place, where you can recharge your batteries, in the city center. The price is given for one person, for two people, add €15, third person, €10.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible subject to availability upon request. The accommodation is of course entirely non-smoking. The listed price is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a surcharge will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.

New studio of 22 sqm of ground floor with terrace and garden, countryside views. Construction ends in March 2025. A 140x200 bunk bed, Towels and bed linen are not provided. The key is in a code safe near the front door. The code is sent via SMS a few days before your arrival. You have two public parking lots. Access to the studio is parked by the path to the garden. You do not have access to our house and private parking lots.
