Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. The outdoor terrace is really a plus as well as the parking space. Shops are all nearby.

We have already come several times to Nathalie and Éric's, the apartment is still perfect: sea view, ideally located on the port, very comfortable (the bed, in particular), well furnished, well equipped kitchen, impeccably clean... In short, we will come back as the previous times with our eyes closed.

I would recommend Laurence's place. Very practical, very clean, ideally located with small touches that are nice. If I come back to La Baule, I'll try it again! Even though it seems quite small, it is very well arranged and does not make you feel cramped. It's ideal for a short stay in La Baule!

Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea view. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber BBQ available. Our concierge contacts at Laurence were very responsive, they made our stay easier. We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...
