Definitely a five star house. Everything you could possibly need was provided. A lovely quiet area under the pine trees and close to the beech. We have had a lovely restful stay at this well presented beach house. Will definitely come again Thank you Julie.

Rodolphe, Pauline and Tom :-) are extremely welcoming and take the time to give plenty of useful tips, especially on walks to do in the area. Kind touches (homemade apple juice and bouquet of flowers from the garden) await us on arrival. The Tiny House is comfortable (the bedding, in particular), the space is optimized, the decoration is very pretty. And the garden that we can share with our hosts is superb and wooded. Relaxation and rest were on the agenda. I recommend the accommodation 2000%. Thank you to my hosts :-)

Exceptional location and views, facing the ocean , the view from the bed will remain memorable! The house is well-equipped and well furnished, the heated pool is a plus even if it is small. The price is high but the equipment of the house and the view can justify this price, only note for this price sheets and towels could be included and not extra. The studio on the other hand in the extension of the garage smells of humidity, a vmc would be very useful!!

Totally matched the description and our expectations. Really beautiful accommodation. Our family was more than delighted, slept super well, very pleasant to live in, it was a 5 min walk from our home so really great. A short "mother-daughter" stay allowed us to enjoy Brice's place, for 3 nights . We were very kindly hosted by her mom who provided us with the necessary information. This property adjoining the owner's house is however totally independent and has 2 private terraces. Intended for 2 people it is modern spacious, bright, quiet, everything is provided for a pleasant stay, moreover the location is 1/4 hour walk from the center of La Baule, bicycles are even available . Brice is a caring person with her tenants, all in kindness. I hope to come back and recommend it.

The house is in a lovely area and there are great walks along the river from the house. Lots of good cycle paths too if you take your bikes. The house is very spacious and was lovely and clean. The outdoor seating area is also great. The pool is a good size but was a little on the chilly side. The host was easy to communicate with, responding quickly to queries.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Valerie's apartment was exactly as described. It's a fabulous place, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. So light and airy with wonderful views from the living space area. We were visiting friends so didn't do much cooking but the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Valerie is very responsive and a great helpful host. Im sure we will be back.

This is perfect accommodation for a couple. A very nicely converted apartment, well equipped and charmingly furnished. Bénédicte was kind enough to spend time explaining the area to us on check-in. The apartment is very centrally located in Nantes within walking distance of the main sights plus shopping and restaurants. As it is on the second floor and looking out onto a central courtyard, it is also very quiet. Be aware that the kitchen is small and there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

Excellent week spent with my girlfriend! Perfect welcome and clean accommodation upon our arrival. If we thought we had a problem with the shutters that let a little light in, Nadette and her friend arrived the next day to put a curtain in it! Quiet place, close to everything + a swimming pool for a very reasonable price. Thank you Nadette! ☺️

The accommodation was generally in line with our expectations. It's clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful gestures (the pancakes were excellent). Very good communication with Philippe. It is a very good value for money in this geographical area.

Excellent stay. Smiling and pleasant welcome, responsive and agile. Ideal family accommodation with lots of little extras (games, books, toilet reducer, kitchen equipment, etc.). Tastefully decorated, pleasant and practical, feet in the water! We will definitely come back ;-)
