The Workshop

Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. As residents next to this house, we can easily help you by responding to your requests for information during your stay.

For parking there is often space nearby otherwise there is a very large free parking lot 300 meters away. The TGV train station is 1 km away

In less than a 10-minute walk, you can go to the village of Batz where you will find different shops.
