Monthly Rentals in Loconia

The apartment perfectly matches the photos: new, bright, clean and equipped with everything you need. We found everything you need for breakfast including water and fruit juice in the fridge. The location is great because it is in the center but on a quiet street. The apartment is at the top of two flights of stairs (having a few luggage was not a problem) but the access door is private, so it is convenient to be able to safely leave your luggage down. Despite an initial problem getting in touch with Mara Letizia, who had problems with her mobile phone and had no way to contact us through Airbnb, she was still very kind to even bring the keys to us at a point indicated by us. We'll definitely be back!

Angela is an amazing person, the accommodation offered is superb, the place is quiet and restful, the pool is a real plus, and the garden with sunbed and hammock is great. Angela recommended us restaurants that were divine, where we were welcomed great, she had even booked for us! In short, go there without a second thought! Big favorite for Malaika and especially Nana, her dogs who are so adorable!

😊 Thank you so much for having us. The place was perfect for us with lots of space and we loved that there was a xmas tree as we were there xmas morning with our kids. We had some car trouble on the way to the air bnb and we were so grateful for your help with a tow truck!! It was a lifesaver. highly recommend...very kind and genuine people.
