I have recently stayed at this vacation rental and can only praise the overall experience. The location is ideal: located in a quiet area but just a few minutes from the center and the main attractions. Perfect for those who want to explore the area but also for those looking for some peace and quiet. The property is well maintained and the presence of a washing machine was much appreciated, especially for a longer stay. Finally, I would like to emphasize the availability and courtesy of the owner. Always ready to answer our questions and provide helpful tips on restaurants and local businesses. Check-in and checkout have been managed flexibly and without stress. In conclusion, I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a high-quality solution for a pleasant stay without surprises. Excellent value!

We were with 2 adults and 2 children in Davide and Lu's house. The children were very excited about the little cats that live on the property and we adults liked the quiet and picturesque location. In the house you will find everything you need. Davide even brought us some cookies from his bakery and fruit and we found some water in the fridge. The location is very quiet in the hinterland of the coast at 250 meters altitude. The ocean views are especially enchanting in the morning. A car is urgently needed. To the coast and the nearest shopping, you drive approx. 10-15 minutes. The amenities of the house are simple but functional. A problem of many vacation homes in Sardinia is the unpleasant smell in it and bad beds. Quite different in Davide's house. There is nothing wrong with the smell or the beds here. Bravo!

The house is located in a quiet and strategic area, perfect for easily reaching the beautiful beaches of the surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well distributed, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. However, there are some aspects that deserve more attention: some light bulbs were burnt out, the lawn hadn't been cut for a while, and the entrance was a bit neglected, with tall grass and the outside porch full of leaves. The front door also opened with difficulty, and on the lower floor there was no hot water to either the sink or the bidet. With a little more maintenance, these issues could be easily resolved, making the experience truly impeccable. Despite everything, we had a great time and the natural setting was well worth it. With a little more care, the property has really excellent potential. I'd love to go back!

Exactly what it looked like on the app. Our host was lovely. Baked us a cake which was delicious. You need a car but it is only 6 or 7 mins to town and 20 mins or less to numerous beautiful beaches.
