Monthly Rentals in Leona Valley

In the Antelope Valley- this is a very well done remodel of a residential garage. It is in a quiet, good neighborhood in Quartz Hill, on the west side of valley A 1 bedroom , 1 full bath, and modern kitchen with smart appliances. A remote controlled fan and a separate remote controlled AC-heat unit in both the living room and bedroom worked well. Temperature control was great. A very large screen Smart TV in living room- remember to bring log in passwords to set up your at home channels. Full size fridge, oven , dishwasher and microwave. Sufficient utensils, and dinnerware, glasses and cups, etc. Stackable modern LG washer and dryer was very efficient. Super comfy bed with a 2nd set of linens and extra blankets. A designated off street parking spot- close to front door. Well lit entry. A responsive, friendly host! Good value. Comfortable, cozy, really enjoyed the stay!

Beautiful getaway! Armin was very nice, responsive and corrected the concerns we had within 24hrs. (Wifi, Oven and Freezer). This home allowed us to feel right at home for a Christmas to remember. Home is set up pet friendly and our pets enjoyed the stay just as much as we did. 16 miles away is a town with stores and restaurants for you to explore. We would love to come back here and enjoy this home in the future! Thanks Armin!!

Drew was great, location was awesome, everything about it was fine for what we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, furniture and setup was nice. The location was quiet and peaceful with a nice view of the Antelope Valley and it was cool to see some wildlife. A data cap on the internet though made remote work a challenge and streaming impossible. And the kitchen sink was very small, making meal cleanup difficult.
