Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Leona Valley

Highly recommend staying here! It’s a very nice space that’s clean and very spacious. They’re very responsive and we had a small issue with the bathtub which they fixed right next day. Will definitely stay here if I’m back in town!

Peter was very responsive even before I got there. He came down to say hello when I was leaving. I have had owners come meet me in the past but it felt like I was being vetted. But Peter clearly just likes meeting the people that stay there. He even asked what they could do better because he cares. Very nice guy!

Charlotte's place has a lot going for it in terms of location, view, spaciousness, style and quiet. Fantastic for a family as the picture windows look right out at the pool (with a gorgeous view of the canyon beyond that). Charlotte was very considerate.

This was a nice location as we we needed to be near rose bowl stadium for a festival which was about a 20 minute drive. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The WiFi was patchy at times for short period but everything worked out fine. Loved the tv with Netflix! Jason was a very responsive host. The laundry was located in the laundry room separately from the unit along with detergent all for free :)

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

Charming, clean, wonderful place to stay in a great part of town, ideally located close to Magic Mountain. Host was responsive and helpful!

This is a great location,to get a peaceful getaway..Beautiful views, The host was accommodating, very thoughtful, this probably was our favorite stay in LA.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

Had a lovely stay at Daniel & Grace’s Airbnb. Check in was such an ease and they also did their best to accommodate me for an early check-in . I appreciate the timely replies to all my questions and concerns. If I’m ever in town again and needing somewhere to stay, their place is on the top of my list!

Awesome spot! Stayed there with some work colleagues for a business trip. It was clean and organized. I picked this spot because of the cool amenities and it did not disappoint. We all really enjoyed playing ping pong, pool & also chilling in the jacuzzi and sauna. Everything was really clean. We will Definitely come back again soon! What a lovely home! We flew in for just a few days for a medical specialist. The home was simple to find, VERY clean and neat but still comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with all the basics, nice clean and new appliances. The bed was comfy, great pillow options and though we didn’t need them, air mattress and supplies were easily accessible if needed. The mini splits kept the house comfortable and cool. Nice neighborhood, conveniently located close to a nice little shopping center with a Starbucks and a cafe. Joseph was helpful and responsive and the check in and out process was very simple! We will definitely stay here again!

Deborah and Mike's house was awesome. love the pool and the jacuzzi and the hot tub very much! A lot of wonderful lighting gave it a wonderful atmosphere. Six large screen TVs, very high-tech, I couldn't figure out how to turn three of them on, lol.. Deborah and Mike were very nice and very responsive, truly good people. This house had everything you could need or want, even little refrigerators outside with complimentary soda, they thought of everything. GREAT PLACE!

Kim has been the best host! Very helpful and quick to respond with any concerns we did have. Cute clean home and provided us with a pack and play for our baby. Perfect little house if you need to get away for a while.

it was a decent stay but I believe my situation. had then take advantage of the situation. chair was already broken which is wht when owner came over it was put out the way so we didn't use it. I am glad I experienced this so I will do a full evaluation of home on day one.

This Airnbn was absolutely fantastic! Chavonne and Don were amazing hosts. It was treat to meet them in person, too. We've never been in such a well stocked Airbnb. The place was spotless and we felt right at home. We're so glad we found Chavonne and Don because we have family in the area and now we have a perfect place to stay when we visit.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Navid is a responsive host with a very nice property. The rooms are well equipped and the listing is accurate with respect to actual experience.

Roger’s place was perfect for my weekend trip to Pasadena. Within walking distance of good restaurants and very clean. Roger was a responsive and helpful host.

We really liked the place, it was a walking distance to Caltech and very close to Trader Joe's and other shops. Kitchen and appliances were excellent, kitchen was well-equipped, bathrooms were nice and clean, bedrooms were very nice too. The area is wonderful, very quiet and yet with shops nearby. I'd stay again.

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
