We stayed for 3 days and 3 nights in the Casa Lilla del Re Dotto, a small and charming house in a beautiful estate immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian countryside managed and cared for in every detail by the two owners Andreina and Mauro, really friendly and welcoming people who immediately put us at ease, never letting us or our 6-month-old baby, always available to everything, also delighted us with some dishes made by them with the goodness of their garden, and the pizza made from the wood-burning oven by Mauro! The highlight of the property is the saltwater pool. What can I say… a unique experience in every aspect! We'll definitely be back.

Evila and Corrado are very kind, they gave us check-in and check-out at the best times for us based on the schedules of our trains. Evila picked us up at the station on foot, telling us along the way the most interesting things to know about Roseto. Truly a special and nice place with all comforts.

We were allowed to spend a few wonderful days in Chiara's house where we felt right at home The house is located in a quiet street on a small hill surrounded by olive trees. The grounds are completely fenced and radiate incredible peace and security! Inside, we lacked nothing, the small guest house offered us a wonderful place of rest. From Chiara's family, we received a few great tips for restaurants in Sabina that we would like to visit again! Chiara's family is super polite and just great! We will definitely be happy to come back in 2026 ❤️ Thank you for the great time we spent with you! If we could, we would give 6 stars!

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

The place is as shown in the photos, very clean and Veronique is an absolutely perfect host, the place is very quiet and quiet, we felt at home. In fairness, it should be noted that the house can only be reached by a small car as it is on the walls (the view from the windows is very nice.) and the road is very narrow. Thank you Veronique if we return to Lake Bolsena we will certainly come to you.

Wooden house surrounded by greenery, true to the photos. Very discreet and very kind owners (they allowed us to check in early and postpone the exit). Great accommodation for those looking for some relaxation in contact with nature. My 7-year-old daughter didn't want to leave !!!

It's the cutest Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Charlotte was always very attentive to any questions we had. She greeted us herself and was very kind at all times. She communicated with us in Spanish, although she doesn't speak it 100%, but she was always willing to try to communicate in the best way!! She gave us a room tour and gave some tips on transportation to places of interest, it's definitely worth the price, if I ever go back to Rome, I'll definitely look for her! Safe neighborhood, the bathroom has all the amenities, everything clean and impeccable, a very cozy place. Thank you for everything Charlotte!!! See you soon! ❤️

Giuseppina's place is very spacious and cozy, with a beautiful garden. The common area is very large and well cared for and furnished.

We chose this place by chance and booked at the last minute. When we arrived we didn't expect to find a house surrounded by greenery with a splendid view. Thank you Giuseppina for making us find the house very clean and comfortable.

an isolated cottage but very nicely equipped and very good for relaxation. The pool was a highlight for the kids and adults alike. Great play area in the garden for the kids. Very nice view of the mountains. Definitely recommended for families who need some rest. The car ride to the beach was a bit exhausting but doable. About 1 hour.

I choose this place for the stunning surrounding views! And i truly saw it. Leonardo and his wife are so kind and generous . Shared the local foods and bars. Quick response and solving questions. High recommended!!!

Thisexperiencein the bungalow was nothing short of fantastic! Our compliments go first to Paola,a very kind and friendly,friendly and fun person with whom we had a good time from the beginning, she was always very kind and available to welcome us in her beautiful bungalow, accurate to the smallest details. We sincerely hope to come back and repeat the experience, also exchanging 4 more conversations with the friendly Paola. Highly recommended.

Great place for a week in the city

Massimo's home was a nice place to relax after a busy day in nearby Rome. The location is really decent if you don't mind a short car then train ride. The train one-way to Rome Termini was 2.50 euro and 30 mins. The room and bathroom were lovely and private, exactly as described and in photos. In the room is a fridge and microwave, tv with Netflix. The cappuccino every morning was really amazing and they did offer a typical Italian breakfast but I didn't eat much too early. My stay was shorter than expected and he approved my early check-out and help me organize a taxi to get to the airport as needed. Massimo was so gracious and flexible to drop me off to Frascati station and pick me up as needed. He was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The train station was very accessible and felt safe and clean. The lovely, peaceful town of Frascati near the airbnb was complete with shops, restaurants and gelato.

Stefania's place is a beautiful large property with much land around full of olive trees. We arrived on a first day when there were too many children and Stefania assured us once the kids were gone, on the following day, the place would be totally different. It was true. An oasis if peace, quiet and ease. We went there with our dog and he also was very happy!

This is my second stay at Gianni and Ornela's place. They are wonderful hosts and Ornela's breakfasts are just super. We feel like Gianni and Ornela are our Italian friends. The site is quiet and peaceful and within an easy drive to stores and restaurants. We always have many questions that they patiently answer. We hope to see them again in the future!! Lovely place and lovely people.

Rita has an amazing ABNB, beautiful home, surroundings are extremely peaceful and private. Close to resteraunts, shops and beautiful Olive orchards and vineyards.

Antonella is a very attentive and very friendly host. The place is ideal to enjoy the beauty of the coast of Sperlonga and Gaeta. Highly recommended!
