Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful view of the sea, including the Pontine Islands and Vesuvius. The terrace is spacious and very livable and the house is equipped with all comforts. We will definitely be back!!!

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

The Lila villa is simply one of the most beautiful place I had the pleasure to visit. Luigino is a great host and I couldn’t recommend enough to stay at his place. We really enjoyed our stay at Emina’s house. Drinking espresso’s in the morning in the gardens with amazing view, cooking in the excellent equipped kitchen, evenings by the fire place. And the surroundings with al few beautiful beaches at 15 min drive and historical towns nearby made our holiday with kids a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend!

a fantastic quirky apartment bang smack in the middle of an old castle. all 4 of us loved our time there, it's definitely a stay to remember. Ashley, is probably the best host I've experienced on Airbnb.

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, immediately making themselves very helpful. The place exactly matches the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both human and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will be very happy to stay at Villa Bovari!

We have greatly enjoyed our stay in Arpino at Wednesday! The cottage is so cozy and tastefully decorated, the view is priceless. We completely relaxed here and enjoyed it to the fullest! Arpino itself is also a nice charming village and everyone is friendly. Wednesday had good tips for the area! We highly recommend it! :-)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

Sara and Salvatore's place is a jewel with every detail. We really appreciated all the little attention given to their guests. The view is incredible and has priceless tranquility. Hosts are available. We hope to be back very soon!

Arriving at Alberto and Tiziana's chalet is like entering a fairy tale... the house is very welcoming... the enchanted forest... the pool kept us company in the hottest hours. Top host for availability and kindness...we will be back as soon as possible.

Amazing stay at the villa with the family, didn’t want to leave. 2 adults 4 kids. Had everything we needed and more. Lovely quiet area, close to shop, beach and bars. 1hr to Rome via bus and train. (Get the right bus tickets) Bus to and from airport was super easy and only cost €1.50 each Simonetta was great with communication, couldn’t have asked for more.

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Perfect solution for those seeking tranquility and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment in question enjoys a privileged view of Lake Nemi, so don't miss the fantastic sunset and why not, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. Using the directions provided by Fabrizio, it was very easy to reach the accommodation, you just have to try it. Thank you for your experience.

Excellent! Made my stay peaceful and lovely! She gave me clear instructions on getting from the Rome airport to the Airbnb and coiled me up at the station. The area is very walkable and you have a great view. Clean as well. Patrizia was very helpful and responsive! Overall a great stay that I will be recommending to people for years to come. Grazie!

We had a lovely one night stay at Claudia’s beautiful apartment! It is very centrally located in Tivoli, a short walk to all of the sights and restaurants. The space is very stylish and clean. We received detailed instructions about parking and getting to the apartment which was very helpful.

The previous reviews were entirely accurate in their unreserved praise of this beautiful place. We loved every thoughtful detail provided by delightful AnnaMaria and Domenico, the fresh flowers on the table to greet us, the wisteria in our (private!) pergola, the lovingly tended garden, the visit to Domenico's amazing wooden sculptures, the generous food provisions - including their own fresh eggs - the total peace and quiet, the hill views from inside and outside the house. The apartment is really beautiful and matches the photos uploaded in the listing. It is in a perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum. We always walked to visit the city. Pietro Maria is very helpful and when we needed some guidance he immediately provided us with all the necessary information. The real gem is the apartment's garden 😉 Highly recommended!
