The stay was fantastic! This is our first solo trip to Europe (my sister and I), and we felt 100% at home at Rosanna’s place. The AC in the room was perfect and a great bonus as well as the private bathroom. The hosts went above and beyond for us, even giving us take away breakfasts when we left prior to the breakfast serving time frame. Overall an amazing stay and one of our favourite parts of Rome!

Tivemos uma ótima experiência. O funcionário Paolo foi quem nos recebeu e foi super simpático e acolhedor. Hospedagem super acessível para quem quer ir a Roma, fica pertinho da estação de trem, menos de 5 minutos de caminhada (entre 35 a 40 min o trajeto ate o centro de Roma de trem). Quartos limpos e aconchegantes, lugar calmo e bem tranquilo. Toda noite quando chegávamos éramos recepcionados pelos 5 cachorros super fofinhos (Otto, Bianca, Volpe, Homero e Emma - eles adoram petiscos e são muito mansos). Adoramos tudo. En tant que femme voyageant seule je me suis sentie totalement à l'aise chez Rossana. J'ai surtout été en contact avec son fils qui a été un hôte accueillant et serviable. Ils ont sû être flexible lorsque je suis arrivée en retard à cause d'un problème de transports. Le déjeuner est très copieux et préparé avec soin un régal ! L'emplacement est plus qu'idéal à deux pas du Vatican et d'une navette vers l'aéroport. Le logement était fidèle à la description, très propre et la climatisation est salutaire en cette période.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la camera era pulita e ordinata. In una posizione strategica vicino alla stazione termini e comoda per girare Roma a piedi. Ancora un grande grazie a Roberto per la disponibilità e i consigli.

Riccardo’s B&B is rustic and charming as advertised. For the price, it can’t be beat. The small town is neat and clean as well. If you are in the area, I would absolutely recommend staying here.

What can we say amazing host, great spot and perfect place to lay your head at night. We are so grateful for the kindness of our host whom met us at the door on day one and helped us get a taxi on our last day. Perfect spot and walking distance to metros and a lovely restaurant that does amazing food thanks to a recommendation by our host. Would definitely book this space again in the future upon our return to Rome.

Great place to stay when visiting Rome, here’s why: 1) Location: Very easy walk to the Vatican and ~10 min walk to the Cipro metro station which will give you access to the rest of the city. Considering the cost per night, you’d be hard pressed to find a hotel with this type of location at as competitive of a price. Great value for location! 2) Room: The room itself was very nice and clean. Looks brand new and is spacious. Comes with a mini-fridge which is useful. The bathroom has a big shower and a good amount of counter space. WiFi was fast. Bed was pretty comfortable as well. No complaints! 3) Host: He was incredibly helpful and accommodating! Not only did he travel out early to meet us when we arrived but he gave us a place to store our luggage and change our clothes while we were waiting on our room to be ready. Great knowledge of the local area and provided good restaurant recommendations. All in all, definitely recommend for your stay in the Eternal City!

Fabio's apartment was just what we needed for our trip to Rome– clean, great communication from the host, very quiet at night and a comfortable mattress. This was a good stay for the price.
