Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Lazio

Ho trovato l’alloggio comodissimo, perfetto per le mie esigenze. Si trova a pochi passi dalla palestra che frequento, quindi super pratico. La zona è molto residenziale, tranquilla e ben collegata: è facile spostarsi sia a piedi che con i mezzi. I padroni di casa sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili. Nonostante il mio aereo fosse in ritardo, mi hanno aspettato per il check-in senza problemi, con grande cortesia. In più, oltre alla macchinetta del caffè, ho trovato anche altre cose utili nel frigo: un gesto davvero carino e molto apprezzato. La comunicazione è stata sempre chiara, veloce ed efficace. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Very responsive host. The location is in the historical centre, you cannot park there but the elevators from the parking is not far away. Very nice breakfast.

This is the second time we have stayed at the moonlight guest house. The first time was eight years ago. It was just as good this time. The room is pristine, lovely decor, and well situated. Lots of restaurants around, close to Metro, walking distance to the Vatican And the Borgese Villa. Hosts were friendly and responsive. We would highly recommend.

Alloggio situato nella zona di Trastevere, molto facile da raggiungere e in posto davvero pieno di localini e di vita notturna e diurna. Diomira e il marito sono simpatici gentilissimi e molto disponibili, abbiamo parlato della nostra comune passione: i viaggi. consigliatissimo!!!!

We stayed with Paola for two weeks, using her B&B as a base from which to explore Abruzzo. Paola speaks little English. My wife and I speak less Italian. Translation apps on our phones worked well and communication was not a problem. Paola provided useful and accurate recommendations on places to eat. The B&B was exceptionally clean, the breakfasts were delicious and the views from our room and Paola’s gardens are spectacular. We used the fireplace twice. Both times it was cleaned and replenished with logs and kindling the very next morning. The B&B has been modernized in a way that does not to detract from the building’s character. For example, our room had thermostatically controlled radiant heat concealed behind ancient appearing walls. The plumbing is elegant and very modern. The lighting is a bit sparse. The B&B’s location is in an old hamlet of narrow streets that lies five miles up a narrow windy mountain road. if you love that sort of thing, as we do, it’s perfect.

Definitivamente mi estancia con Analista fue la mejor de todo mi viaje a Italia. Desde que llegamos con mi esposa a la estación se mostró muy servicial, amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. La vista que hay del balcón de su casa es una de las más bellas que he visto. Nos sorprendió que tuviéramos comida y bebidas esperándonos al llegar al hospedaje y Analisa nos dió varias recomendaciones para descubrir la joya que es Orvieto. 5* definitivamente! Volveremos!

Kaldığımız dairenin konumu ulaşım açısından çok iyi bir yerdeydi. Çevrede market, hediyelik eşya dükkanları, yemek yeme alanları mevcuttu. Dışarıdan yemek istemeyenler içim daire mutfağında ihtiyacınız olan malzemeler de var. Ev sahipleri çok sempatik insanlar. Biz gezilecek her yere yürüyerek ulaştık o açıdan da konum çok güzeldi. Oda , banyo, mutfak çok temizdi. Roma’ya tekrar gelirsem yine burada kalırım.

Fantastic location, friendly, amazing host. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. We will stay with Andrea again if we ever return to Rome.

La struttura di Paolo è l'ideale per chi come noi ha la necessità di raggiungere il Circo Massimo per un evento, sia all'andata utilizzando la metro (fermata nelle vicinanze) sia al ritorno a piedi, è giusto una passeggiata. La camera è essenziale, ha tutto il necessario e Paolo è moto preciso e dettagliato nelle indicazioni da seguire per renderti il più autonomo possibile. Anche la colazione l'ho trovata buona. Esperienza da consigliare. Grazie di tutto Paolo!!

Pasé unos días muy lindos en Roma y en el alojamiento de Francesca y Anna Maria. Fueron muy amables y me dieron recomendaciones y consejos útiles. El lugar estaba muy limpio y ordenado; tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una linda estadía. ¡Volvería a quedarme en este B&B!

Andrea surpassed our expectations by being generous of his time and his knowledge of Rome. He was so helpful and kind to us. We are two sisters who had the most beautiful adventures and we felt safe and guided through our stay. Being at a walking distance from the metro made it so much easier to get around. Nous avons passé 2 semaine excellente a Riano. Roberto a été a l’écoute de nos demandes et extrêmement réactif. La villa est parfaite, la piscine est encore plus grande que sur les photos, tres bien situé mais le déplacement en voiture est recommandé ! Des magasins sont à proximité pour faire les courses, des meme que certains petits restaurants. En espérant revenir au plus vite des que possible pour profiter du charme de l’Italie.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo visitato Villetta Barrea per un week end. Abbiamo trovato in Ellera Verde un alloggio splendido, proprio al centro di Villetta Barrea e con una vista splendida. Leandrina è stata fin da subito molto accogliente, amichevole e disponibile condividendo con noi la sua esperienza del luogo, e facendoci trovare al mattino un'ottima colazione. Il luogo è tranquillo, ben collegato in macchina con tutte le principali passeggiate e luoghi di attrazione del territorio, proprio il relax di cui avevamo bisogno!

Siamo stato per capodanno da ivo e Claudia. Che dire… persone gentili e disponibili. Casa perfetta, noi siamo andati in 4 famiglie con bambino in totale 15 persone. L’ambiente era adatto per 19 persone quindi siamo stati molto larghi. Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo ci torneremo sicuramente

Che dire . in questo caso 5 stelle quasi poche. Host gentilissimo,reattivo e attento ai particolari. Abbiamo scelto la struttura perchè la sera dovevamo assistere ad un concerto al parco della musica e a questo scopo la struttura è perfetta. ambiente pulito accogliente dotato di tutto quello che può essere necessario per la notte. assolutamente consigliatissimo

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado (cerca del Coliseo) y a la vez el entorno muy tranquilo. Mención especial a Francesco, que respondió muy rápidamente a todas nuestras consultas. Totalmente recomendable para conocer Roma, gracias por todo!

We had a truly wonderful stay! Silvia and Francesco were incredibly kind and welcoming, they made us feel completely at home. The garden, rooftop, and pool were absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Every detail was so thoughtful and creative, the whole place has such a peaceful, special vibe. We can’t wait to come back!

Localisation vraiment parfaite, quasiment en face de l'entrée de métro. Antonella a vraiment a cœur de se faire discrète, (je rejoins les autres commentaires, nous n'avons pas eu l'impression de partager l'appartement aux volumes immenses du tout) et que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Vouchers contre petit déjeuners au café en bas de l'immeuble qui accueille de bons musiciens live le soir (aucun problème de bruit rassurez vous, ambiance extrêmement calme dans la chambre), praticité des déplacements avec par ex le Colisée à 15 minutes max de marche, et liaison avec la gare Termini et le métro Vittorio Emanuele. Merci pour les petits portes clés Vespa notre fille a adoré 🥰
