Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Lazio

Lovely place for our home base in Rome! Really enjoyed staying in Trastevere, so quaint and charming. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our host had excellent communication and also set up our transportation from the airport. And he met us at the home for checkin! All these things give such a personal touch. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Luca was incredibly friendly and welcoming – we were greeted with a personalised message on a cute welcome board, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had a warm, homely feel. Public transport (both tram and bus) was easily accessible and made it super convenient to reach various locations around Rome. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again on our next visit!

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect. You can walk to all of the main attractions quickly and there are great restaurants, coffee shops and gelato very close by. The property was very clean and spacious. It was great to have two full bathrooms! Highly recommend.

Great place for a family or two couples. The location cannot be better. Walkable to nearly everything. Check in was helpful and included instructions on how to navigate the city, trains, etc. lots of extras in the home that made our trip enjoyable- including umbrellas, maps, restaurant ideas, washer and dryer. Hope we will be able to return again soon!

We enjoyed being in the inner courtyard of the building. Quiet while the next street was very lively. Very friendly neighborhood in the evening. Charming, caring, and responsive hostesses. We had a wonderful week in August in this beautiful home, and we couldn't be more satisfied. We were two adults with two young girls aged two and six, and the house turned out to be perfect for our needs. Equipped with all the necessary services, it was a real pleasure to stay there. A great advantage was the pool, included in the price, which gave us moments of relaxation and fun for the whole family. Also, the location is ideal: there are supermarkets and other essential amenities within walking distance, and the shuttle to the sea was super convenient. A special thank you goes to Mrs. Carla, who was an exceptional host. She provided us with all the information we needed and made sure our stay was perfect in every detail. The house is really beautiful, cared for in every detail, and we can't wait to go back. Highly recommended!

It is very comfortable, clean you can cook as you want as the Kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, there is access to Wifi, TV, society games gor thr family, information about Terni or plsces you will like to visit, security electric door that only you have access to, lovely bathroom equipped with bidet, toilet and all you need as beddings for your stay. I highly recommend Luca's appt. Lest I forgey, there is a lovely view outside the bedroom window which is double or tripled glazed.👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏

hosts Silvia and Alice were available both in the welcome and to recommend where to park, even if there are parking lots in front of the house (for a fee), there is not always a parking space, but there are other parking lots nearby and a parking lot outside the walls with an elevator (free of charge). There is a bus that every 30 minutes makes the tour of Amelia, if you want the car we can forget it... It seems to be in our home, mutual respect, and many tips on restaurants and places to visit.

Very relaxing stay, extremely kind and helpful hosts and staff. Beautiful olive garden, ideal for children and animals. Always clean and clear pool. The apartments are well-kept and well-equipped. Highly recommended for couples with children and pets.

This was such a fun place in the BEST neighborhood! The patio was so cute and we took advantage of the fun jacuzzi (as other's posted we added pots of hot water to get it to our preferred temputure). We took advantage of the washing machine, game changer as we are just using carry-on luggage on this trip. Patrick was great and answered all of our questions and gave great suggestions. For us, the location was the best in Rome and we couldn't have been happier. One side note is take your time on the stairs.

We booked the house in the countryside and had a wonderful holiday. The hosts are extremely friendly and were there for us. The garden is well maintained, the pool has been cleaned regularly. A nice holiday

Mrs. Cinzia's apartment ideal for a stay to discover the beautiful Tuscia. We had a fabulous weekend at this charming, spacious, thoughtful place to stay. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are as well cared for and clean as in the photos . The most beautiful things in the apartment are the huge PRIVATE terrace and the fireplace working ! Very interesting restaurant below that offers excellent takeout dishes on the large terrace or better yet in front of the fireplace .

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The host was amazing and went above and beyond, even coordinating reliable taxi service to and from the airport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. One thing to note: if you're over 5'8", the shower and bathroom might feel a bit cramped due to the low ceilings and compact space. However, it’s perfect for anyone under that. Overall, a wonderful experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

Daniela was very helpful with all our requests. Me, my wife and 2 of our friends stayed 4 days, we immediately felt right at home, Daniela welcomed us in person, fully meeting our expectations. There are family restaurants and a supermarket in the area. For transfers, we used the bus and metro without any problems. There is a dedicated parking space in the courtyard. Recommended.

The apartment has a description and photographs: spacious, clean and tidy. Amenities listed: nothing was missing and we had a very good time! Perfect location close to the subway and nearby bars and supermarkets. For those who want to walk about 20 minutes, also convenient to the Vatican. Host present and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had another great stay at Sabrina’s apartment - the second time in the last 12 months. It is clean and comfortable- perfect if you plan on staying for more than a few days. Good AC - the temps reached the mid 80s F when we were there - so we needed it. Very central location but not too busy - we walked everywhere. Sabrina is a very helpful host. It is our go to place in Rome and we will be back

We had a wonderful stay, we even decided to extend! Francesca was lovely and super helpful, she gave us lots of recommendations for the area as well as the rest of our trip. She even helped us book a place at restaurants in the area. The kitchen was great for making breakfast in the morning. We felt right at home and had a great stay!

Great location and easily accessed by public transport. A little noisy if you have a bub and windows aren’t black out so a portable blind works well. Great bars, shops and restaurants near by as well as a carrefour. Comfortable stay with aircon 🙌

The apartment is very beautiful, very well decorated and furnished, spacious and well located, close to many of the main points of interest in Rome. Furthermore, it has everything necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Giuseppe is truly a super host: attentive, courteous, and ready to help, always responding promptly to any of our questions.

Amazing experience in Rome. The AirB&B is in a prime location—a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Navona. The street the AirB&B is located on is bustling with restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Everything is walkable and the location puts you right in the heart of Rome. If you want an authentic, walkable Rome experience I would 10/10 recommend Marcella's place!
