Monthly Rentals in Laytonsville

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We lucked out with no one renting/using the space above, so it truly felt like our private space for a few days to simply decompress. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and neighbours were quiet. Darche always was available and responded quickly to our needs. Highly recommend this listing!

Nadia's Airbnb is a beautiful place to stay. Everything is new, the mattress is really great to sleep on, the entire place is clean and welcoming. The kitchen and the bathroom are stocked with amenities that make the stay special, such as toiletries, teas and coffee, waters, small appliances, a space heater and everything you would need for a wonderful stay. Nadia is an outstanding communicator, she is friendly, responsive and timely. The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with parking at the front of the house. It is near to major highways to get anywhere in MD or NOVA, as I traveled to both in my week's stay and it was easy to get to anywhere from the location. Nadia is a warm, engaging, respectful and lovely host, I can't say enough about how she made me feel so welcome and at home in her place. Her family is also lovely and you have all of the privacy that you want as there is a separate entrance. The house is very safe, with a backyard with a locked gate.

This is the best air b&b I have experienced yet. it’s literally like your own apartment. Very accommodating, immaculately clean and fresh, white linens just very nice .

From the time I had to check-in and checkout, Maya was very responsive with her communication. Though I didn't meet her in person, she seems to be a very nice individual. You can tell she wants her guests to feel at home. The place is as described in the pictures and was very clean. Highly recommend Maya's place if you're looking for a quite neighborhood, cozy, clean place to stay.
