Monthly Rentals in Laval-Saint-Roman

We had a great time at Karine's house with a very good welcome upon arrival Very pleasant stay in a quiet area and close to the Ardèche gorges (Saint Martin and Sauze 10 min by car) Very functional house with terrace in the shade for breakfast and lunch Petanque court with balls Very nice (salt) pool (do not sting the eyes) with a beautiful depth of 150 cm all along! and a great bar/fridge attached! A discreet and cuddly cat on request We are delighted with our stay 🙂

Very good stay, quiet, and in the shade which is great in the heat wave. Well-equipped and if you left something behind in your suitcases you will surely find what you need in the accommodation. Very welcoming and responsive host if needed. Only negative point is the mosquitoes (but this is due to the region, we were the least bitten tourists 😅 thanks to all the products provided in the accommodation.) I recommend it without a problem.

The accommodation is very new and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is available in the house, which is very practically furnished. Victoria is a great host and we highly recommend her accommodation!
