Cottage holiday rentals in Larimer County

This resort was fantastic, other reviews mention thin walls, which is accurate, but did not ruin the magic for us. It was peaceful and quiet and we will be returning as soon as possible!

Was the perfect spot to stay for our trip to RMNP. Would definitely come back again. Already recommended to multiple people.

Great place! Wonderful stay and great location.

We loved this place right on the water AND walkable to downtown. The bedroom we stayed in had a view right out to the water and also had dining and seating area with a view as well. So peaceful. Shower had great water pressure which is always a win for me. Bed was super comfortable and the house had no problems staying warm in the cold weather. Kitchen stocked with every thing we needed, too!

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! The location was in close proximity to both RMNP and Estes Park and the view was gorgeous. The cabin was super clean and exactly as described. It was perfect for the kids and everyone had a great time! Loved seeing all the wildlife right nearby too!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Fort Collins! The location was perfect—close to CSU, downtown, and everything we wanted to explore. The space was clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated, with all the essentials we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here, it was lovely. Only remarks are that the drive up the hill to get to the house was steep, but doable. Also the shower is a bit tight but it is what it is, lol. Birds and chipmunks are so cute to watch from the patio!!

Cathy’s place was just wonderful. After staying in Estes many times this has been by far my favorite stay. This cozy cottage was close and walkable to the restaurants and shops while still feeling very private and secluded. We enjoyed the games and books there were to offer, my favorite was Estes now and then! No detail was forgotten. This home was equipped with everything we needed. Cathy was always responsive and helpful with local things to do. We will be staying here again once we return!

Love this place! We have stayed here a few times over the years. It’s perfect for 2 people, easy walk into town (a little hard to get back, it’s uphill on the way up). 3-7 minute drive to different activities in town if you need to drive. Beautiful view from the porch or with the windows open. My only little compliant is it is a shared house, so sometimes the guest in the other part of the house can be a bit loud, but they have quiet hours that have always been followed when we are there! There were nice touches, bathrobes, coffee, shampoo and soaps. A lovely book with restaurant recommendations and other information was left for us. Easy to navigate the entire process and when we asked a question, the response was quick.

The “Hygge” Cottage is highly recommended. Lovely decor, comfortable furnishings; everything you need to feel right at home. A peaceful and quiet property as well. Bonnie is a very responsive and welcoming host. I will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the location and the cozy little apartment home. It is a close walk to the strip. The master bed area is a little cramped. One of you has to crawl on the bed to get in because it is up against a wall, which means there is no place next to you for a beverage or a phone on one side. Not a huge deal. Convenient to have the extra 1/2 bath. We would stay there again! Perfect location!

This cozy guest house is perfectly situated close to campus and in a historic neighborhood. The surrounding mature trees, yard and patio were lovely and relaxing. The interior space was a combo of clean new upgrades and quaint historic details, which suited us perfectly. We’d love to stay again.

This was such a beautiful place to stay! We loved watching the wildlife in the backyard. The kitchen was very well equipped as was the bathroom. We were tired when we arrived and ended up using the wrong keypad to get in, but Tari was so helpful and gracious when we called. I'm looking forward to being able to stay here again!
