Anne and Emory’s place was was right next to the stream so it was relaxing to sit and watch all the birds and rabbits play. The beds were great, very comfortable. Anne checked in with us right after we got in to see if we needed anything. The Rocky Mountain national park is about 10 minutes away and the town is just as close. There are many different restaurants and shops to check out. The kitchen had everything we needed and there are bbq set ups out front in a few spots. Anne and Emory’s place is a great place I would definitely recommend it to families wanting to go visit the park and also someone who just wants a great place to relax. Thank you Anne and Emory!

The basement studio was perfect accomodations. Cosy, comfortable bed. Fresh, clean space and the bathroom aesthetic. I met Joe upon check-in he was very friendly and communicative from booking to check-out. Joe offers instructions, snacks, and some personal care items (soap, shampoo) which makes the home very welcoming. Easy and Free street parking. The area is convenient to get around and shopping center with Grocery Store and restaurants close by if you'd like to go for a stroll. I would stay again!

What a beautiful place!!! We had a wonderfully experience at Holly’s place! The views from the windows are breathtaking, and the location is premium! Just a few minutes down the road you have the RMNP entrance, gas, groceries and everything you need. And under ten minutes away we were able to get to the magical downtown. We would certainly book again. We created amazing memories as a family! Thank you so much, Holly!

What a great location in Estes Park. You can’t get any closer to the downtown shops and a quick drive to the Rockies was so convenient! Parking at the unit was easy to navigate. Spots are limited yes, but there is ample parking directly across the street so there was never an issue finding parking. We arrived a few minutes early and the hosts were quick to update the code to allow us early check-in which was very appreciated after a long day of travel. The condo itself is decorated nicely and has everything you need. We drove 5 minutes to the Safeway for snacks but the kitchen has everything for making meals. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, loved the addition of the curtains to help darken the bedroom. Large beautiful shower! We had a wonderful few days in the mountains and hope to return someday to continue exploring this beautiful town! Highly recommended 👍

We loved the location! It was so quick to drive to the national park or Elkhorn Avenue for shopping. We were able to walk over to some gift shops nearby. It was amazing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the mountains. We also had that view from the dining table. We like to be very cool when we sleep so we would open a window (they are screened) and make the rooms cool/cold while sleeping. The beds were comfortable. The showers were nice and hot (read directions for how to use showers correctly to make the water flow). We would definitely stay in this condo again!

The house was great. Nice and clean and well equipped. Did have trouble trying to figure out which number we were in. Unit was down a corridor we thought led to the units back yard so it was confusing. Could use a motion light as it is very dark going back to the unit with several steps going up and down.

This is a beautiful condo nestled in the heart of the mountains. The views are stunning. The home comes equipped with anything you'll need. We chose this home as our friends were getting married on the property and it did not disappoint. I would stay here again and again and again. We will be back!

This was the perfect location for downtown shops and restaurants, as well as access to Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo was homey and clean with plenty of space. We enjoyed the Nepalese restaurant across the street as well as the local coffee shops. It was very easy to get around and enjoy the park, while having a nice place to rest each night.

Overall, a great stay. We ran out of dish soap and needed a new sponge. Stacy was very responsive and had a new set dropped off pretty quickly. Thank you!

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

This was a great place to stay in estes. The hist just wasn’t able to communicate with us at all during the stay. I would stay again but helpful to know that!

Cute place, slightly off the main part of town, but close to lots of amenities. We appreciated the host's communication and flexibility, as we needed to alter our dates for staying, due to some delays. Would definitely recommend!

Lindsay’s condo was the perfect spot for our group of four! We sat on the balcony as much as we could and enjoyed watching Elk up above the river. We loved the convenience of Kind coffee downstairs, we walked to the Stanley hotel and circled back through the town shops, and we enjoyed the restaurants and breweries along the river walk! Fully stocked kitchen appliances although we didn’t get a chance to use them. We went horseback riding 5 minutes away and definitely recommend. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Great location, both from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. There’s a great restaurant right next door and. Safeway grocery just down the road. Breathtaking views with a river running through the backyard. Occasionally elk would meander through!

The stay was overall great! Its at a prime location - right next to Estes downtown and 20 min drive from Rocky Mountains. The place was clean and had clear instructions.

This rental was a gem. My brother and I stayed for a week and so enjoyed our visit. The neighborhood is peaceful and secluded and yet just a ten minute drive from the heart of downtown and all sorts of restaurants, bars, entertainment and amenities. I can't reccomend this listing highly enough and I will be staying here again the next time I'm in Fort Collins.

The place was great! It was super quiet, easy to find and get into and the front desk was pleasant to work with. The hot tub was freaking great and we used it all the time, the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

The place is very nice inside and the little creek in front of it was charming. The resort had some of their amenities not available such as the gym, which they did not communicate to the owner in advance. Lorie, the owner was very helpful in trying to get us a later checkout to make up for it.

The condo was perfect and the view was beautiful!

Estes Park is so beautiful - full of activities and peacefulness. Desi was very accommodating in finding us a condo with little notice and continued to provide great communication. We took a very short walk to a place called Smokin Dave’s BBQ and had the most amazing catfish. Thank you for a relaxing couple day trip that was much needed!

Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs! The place is nice and quiet and close to the down town and all the hit areas. Very cute. Missing bedding for pull out couch but she was super responsive and the place was nice. On site laundry on 1st floor and access to a gun, game room, pool, bikes, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sylvia’s place was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Her place is quiet, spacious and sits close to the river. Sylvia was very helpful and sent information about check-in far in advance and checked with us before our stay to see if we needed anything. We hope to stay again soon!

This was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean, and cozy! Anytime I had a question they were very responsive! I tried to bring everything i though I would need, and of course I forgot to bring a box fan (I love the noise). BUT! They have some box fans too for us to use!! From the hot tub to the mountain views, to the home decor the Treehouse was absolutely worth every single penny!!! It's only 3 minutes from RMNP and 5 minutes from downtown Estes! Will definitely be coming back!! Also, theres a lovely little journal inside for guest to write in and tell their stories!! its a good read and we were very proud to share our story as well!! Thank you so so much!!

Very nice facility. We enjoyed the extra amenities. Pool, hot tub and game room. Our boys ages 10 and 7 enjoyed playing in the river. Checkin was a nightmare due to a very rude front desk employee by the name of Beach. Randi was responsive and did a great job at getting it taken care of.
