Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Tucked next to the foothills near the Cache La Poudre River. Walk to the river trail, grocery store, bakery, pizza joint, popular Swing Station, frisbee golf course, or the Tapestry House wedding venue- this is the place! Perfect location to hop on the paved river trail with a bike and brewery hop in Fort Collins, explore Lory State Park, raft the Poudre River, float in Horsetooth Reservoir, and rock climb in the canyon. It is a quiet place located right outside of Fort Collins.

This 3 bed, 4 bath house is just 40 minutes west of Ft. Collins and 20 minutes from Red Feather Lakes! Surround yourself with nature as you approach the retreat! We truly believe these views are some of the best in Colorado! We offer plenty of entertainment. Play a round of pool in the game room with friends and family, watch a movie on our comfortable sectional couch or play some chess. Enjoy our gas fire pit and string lights on the patio with the beautiful mountain views!

Private Suite inside lovely home w/Shared Entry

I reside on the premises. Guests enter through the front door of the house. Just a few steps down to the garden level is a private space with plenty of natural light and convenient amenities like laundry, kitchenette, 3/4 bath. There’s no TV but good but good WiFi and a gas fireplace. It’s in a quiet neighborhood about 3.5 mi. to Old Town Fort Collins and 4.5 to CSU. I will be there to greet you and show you the space on arrival so please let me know an ETA between 5-9PM
