Waterfront holiday rentals in Larimer County

Stayed here a week, beautiful surroundings and easy to find. Room had all the necessities and loft had a view over the restaurant downstairs. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. Great distance from Estes park (only about 20-30min) with scenic drive. Will definitely be back!

This was such a great loft, it was the best location and walkable to everything. Very peaceful balcony to hear the river and the entire loft was comfy and clean!

Wonderful place and great location; well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Owner even assisted us ahead of time since our original unit that hot tub wasn’t working and moved us to a unit that was working. Very appreciative and would 100% stay again!

Loved our stay! It was pretty quiet given the time of year, which was great for us. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was located on the third floor and had beautiful views of the river below and the mountains. The hot tub was private and overlooked the mountains while you could hear the river below. There isn’t a lot within walking distance but there’s a few nice restaurants just down the street either way from the condo. We will be back for sure and would definitely stay here again!

We recently had the privilege of staying at this truly magical Airbnb nestled in the mountains, and it was an unforgettable experience. The surroundings were nothing short of pristine—lush greenery, towering pines, and the soothing sounds of flowing water created a serene atmosphere that felt like a private retreat. The air was fresh with the invigorating scent of pine, enhancing the sense of tranquility. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. If you're looking for a spot to unwind and reconnect with nature, this place is absolutely perfect!

The cabin was great. The parking was a little tricky in a large 1 ton truck, but was manageable.

This condo was very nice, very clean, and we loved the river view right outside the door. We saw mule deer in the neighborhood several times, and loved how close the condo is to RMNP.

We had a wonderful time at Cindy’s place on Horsetooth Res! Walking distance to the marina, campsites, and hiking, as well as a short drive from other natural areas and amenities. We truly had everything we needed and the place was so comfortable and quiet. Cindy was such a kind host and you can tell she’s put a lot of love and work into the property. The paddle boards, boats, and life vests were incredible for getting a big family out on the water.

this was my second time staying at mark's place and it was as wonderful as the time before. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking, the home feels private and peaceful, elk walk beside the property, mark is informative and friendly, the house is cozy and comfortable.

This is a beautiful home with beautiful views. The river flow is so peaceful to hear while outdoors and even while standing at the kitchen sink washing dishes with the window open. The owner is very friendly and even got me into her spa for a full body massage last minute. I will be booking with her if I am in the area again and would 10/10 recommend this beautiful home if your looking for somewhere to stay!

Ben’s place was a perfect stay for our weekend in RMNP. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone who wants to relax after a long day hiking

Melissa’s place was perfect for our three night trip to RMNP! Granted, we spent most of our time on the trails, but it was the perfect place to crash at the end of the night. You can fall asleep to the sound of the river, the place was very clean, and instructions were clear. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip :)

This was a beautiful place and we would recommend it to anyone going to the area of Estes Park. We only wish we had more time. Renee was attentive to our concerns and communication was very good. She even called us at checkout to warn us of a road closure because of a wildfire.

This home is lovely! Bedrooms are quite spacious, the upstairs layout is open and makes it easy to talk between the family room, dining room, and kitchen. The deck is beautiful, and we had deer come right up to the back patio. The view of the mountain and stream are delightful. The only 2 things that weren't great are the driveway which is a little intimidating, and the towels were stiff and a little scratchy. We would absolutely stay again.

A nice weekend retreat near RMNP! Would go back!

This was the perfect base camp to explore RMNP. It's very convenient to both the park and downtown Estes Park. There was a river running right off the back deck and it was so peaceful to listen to. One morning we enjoyed coffee while watching elk graze outside. The unit was clean and had comfortable furnishings. Downtown Estes Park is a great little spot full of shops, restaurants, and things to do. We would stay again.

The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Can't wait to come back!"

Lindsay’s condo was the perfect spot for our group of four! We sat on the balcony as much as we could and enjoyed watching Elk up above the river. We loved the convenience of Kind coffee downstairs, we walked to the Stanley hotel and circled back through the town shops, and we enjoyed the restaurants and breweries along the river walk! Fully stocked kitchen appliances although we didn’t get a chance to use them. We went horseback riding 5 minutes away and definitely recommend. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Great location, both from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. There’s a great restaurant right next door and. Safeway grocery just down the road. Breathtaking views with a river running through the backyard. Occasionally elk would meander through!
