Nice place! Lots of sweet extras! Very accommodating! Clean! Kind host! Good location! Felt a little awkward being in backyard to host, but he was helpful when needed, and wasn’t invasive! Small but spacious! Fit our group of 6 well!

Yvonne and David were excellent hosts! The cottage had everything we needed and was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and will definitely be back again!

I enjoyed staying at The Cottage. It was quaint and had everything you would need for a stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and WiFi was reliable (I was with someone who had to be online everyday). We didn't use the hot tub or grill, but they looked nice. The remote location was a surprise given that it's a 5 minute drive from Manitou. There were other guests in the main cabin but they were friendly when we saw them out walking. We did see a bear trying to get into the dumpster but he was just looking for a snack and didn't pay us any attention. I will recommend this spot to others and would stay again. My only wish for The Cottage was a small fenced in area for the dog on a portion of the patio. Would have been nice for her to enjoy some of that fresh mountain air without having to be on leash the whole time.

Love staying here, and each time it is a great experience. The hot tub is sparkling clean and simply a lovely way to unwind anytime. Inside will not disappointment… comfy and spacious, relaxed and easy. It’s a perfect place to stay solo or share with family and friends. Easy to just hang out, cook a meal or watch the stars through the skylights in the sleeping loft. Rachael and Zach are the kind of people that make you feel welcome and exude a genuine hospitality towards guests and care for their Loft. I appreciate that!!

There’s a reason why Jay & Regina have such high ratings. Actually, many reasons! The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking tool imaginable. I’m talking Kitchen Aid, blender, two coffee makers, tea kettle and more. They have ALL the basic condiments. Almost every spice imaginable etc. The beds were super comfortable. And thoughtful- extra blankets, easy-to-access outlets and well appointed. There is a workspace in the front of the house with a monitor and lots of space. The first floor bedroom also had a desk. The outdoor space is a small slice of heaven. From the landscaping to the eating area and fire pit. And of course the hot tub. There’s even a propane grill. The location is very close to grocery stores, Walmart, Starbucks etc. It was a little of 20 minutes to CU Boulder. And they are lovely people- very response and right next door. Highly recommend- you won’t regret it!

I walked 10 minutes to get to my professional conference at the Broadmoor Hotel. It’s less expensive than the hotel rooms with more freedom and privacy, and with your own hot tub. I walked 15 minutes the other direction to a mountain canyon park, nature station, and a nice trail that follows a stream up the canyon. If you’re not a hiker, take any number of day trips by car to natural beauty and wonders. It’s in a pleasant wooded neighborhood with close neighbors on either side, but it feels very private. It has that rustic arts and crafts mountain cabin feel and is very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. Deer were hanging out in the yard one day.

Jennifer and Gio made check in very easy and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. They were very friendly and responsive. The accommodations are comfortable and as described, and there is plenty of space to hang outside if you feel like it. Will definitely stay again if I make my way back to Denver.

Our stay at the cottage was a peaceful as you can get. Close to restaurants, and the open space behind the cottage is great for hiking. Lots of memories will remain with us for a long time.

For the price this was so perfect and lovely. If possible we’ll be rebooking.

Perfect little cottage very close to Main Street.

“A lovely and relaxing stay!” We had a wonderful stop at this charming cottage during our road trip. The views were beautiful, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The hosts were warm and welcoming—even surprising us with delicious homemade cookies! The only minor downside was that the main bed was a little creaky, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise lovely stay.

The Blue Moon Cottage was perfect for our stay in Fort Collins. The cottage has great Feng shui for a small place. Steve and Bonnie were super nice and very accommodating. Always attentive, but never nosey. The neighborhood is super quiet and beautiful. Will book again when I visit. Thanks again! Jason and Cindy

This is a good place to stay if you like to be out of town. It is surrounded by hills and Mountain View’s. The driveway is dirt and was very muddy the first day which was a little scary in a Camry as I thought it was going to get stuck. The mud did dry fast though. It is close to hiking trails and Mount Shavano. It is also close to white water rafting and about 1 and 1/2 hours from great sand dune park which my kid loved sledding and boarding. The hosts were responsive in getting us what we needed.

Stayed for over 2 months and really enjoyed our stay! It’s in a small town with about a 20 minute drive to the grocery and only a couple of restaurants closer than that. There is a really nice park about a 4 minute drive away that was our daily dog walk routine with a great river walk. If you’re looking for easy access to hikes/nature and a bit of a slower lifestyle, this is the spot!

Nice stay with wonderful host - very close to a park which is great if traveling with kiddos. Had welcome candy/snacks which was great since many food spots close early. Patio area is lovely to sit and relax.

Maggie’s place was perfect for what we needed! The place was small, as described, but had everything you could need in a stay away from home. Checking in/out was flawless. Highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy all that Colorado Springs has to offer. The location was perfect being close to so many attractions and restaurants.

Was a great getaway! As a get away vacation for three college guys this place had enough places to sleep, an amazing view, and was conveniently placed within Estes. In the perfect place to walk to anywhere, but also to have the option to drive there as well.

Great location though not walkable. It is a very short drive to the walkable part of Durango. The only real noise is the train but that’s what makes Durango popular. Loved it all!

This Airbnb is in an awesome spot - couldn’t be better! It was surprisingly quiet for being downtown. We loved being able to walk to all the best places in downtown Boulder. 🤩 The AC worked quickly and the TV gave us a little entertainment at the end of a full day. Thanks so much! We’d definitely come again!

While there was a small mishap with the cleaning in preparation for our arrival, when I contacted Catie, she cleared it up right away and within a half hour the place was spic and span and ready for us. Catie generously even refunded a portion of our payment as compensation for the place not being quite ready for us. My son and I loved the place and were very comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend Catie's place!

This place is close to anything and everything in Colorado Springs, house was super clean and had everything we needed. we had a GREAT time! Thank you for sharing your home!
