Perfect! Excellent location in Fort Collins. Walking distance to restaurants, downtown. Loved our accommodations! Shower pressure was terrific and beds were super comfortable. Backyard is a pretty bonus.Very easy to find and easy departure. Would love to stay again!

We had an amazing time staying here! The location was perfect since it's so close to downtown Estes Park. We even had a few elk lounging right outside! Leah was a wonderful host - very accommodating with friendly, responsive communication. We would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Estes Park!

Lovely basement suite in a nice neighborhood in Fort Collins. Lots to do within walking distance and incredible biking trails. It’s an old house so there’s a bit of squeaking when people upstairs are walking around, but an absolutely charming place. We’d love to stay again.

A very private room that was clean and well equipped with the essentials. Kari was responsive and provided lots of recommendations. This AirBnB is very close to a grocery store, restaurants and small businesses. There are trails within walking distance and RMNP is only 15 minutes away.

Cute & comfortable space with a lilac bush in bloom at the patio door to welcome us. We chose Loveland because we were priced out of Fort Collins for our son’s graduation. We thought it might be a bit of a pain to be outside of FOCO, but it was ideal. Only a short drive—20-30 minutes on an easy street. Plus, Loveland has a cute downtown area. Loved the Taste Local & Dark Heart Coffee. Would stay here again in a second. Kendall was a great host!

We had such an enjoyable stay in Loveland and can't recommend this place more! You have so much space and it's everything has been thought about. It was easy for us to cook and do laundry. The hot tub is a real bonus after long days of hiking in the Rockies.

This is been yet another truly excellent experience with Airbnb. Christine is a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful host and her place was ideal for our brief visit. Her place is very spacious - and immaculate throughout - with a large living room + kitchen area (full-sized fridge and microwave) and a separate bedroom. The living room and dinette look over Christine's beautiful front yard garden. The large bathroom also has very modern laundry facilities. The rooms are also very nicely decorated to feel like home. Her place is also ideally located: at the southern end of Fort Collins (on a quiet street with a park-like space across the street), it is just 10-15 minutes from restaurants in Old Town, but being south of downtown, we had no traffic when headed to RMNP during the AM "rush hour". With these amenities and features, and so much room, it is truly ideal for longer stays, and we hope to stay longer on our next visit Thank you Christine for all your help.

This is by far the most sparkling, cleanest Airbnb I have experienced! Tastefully decorated, spa like master with ensuite including a blissful jetted soaking tub. The beds were so crisp, fresh and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need, coffee provided was delicious. We were welcomed with chilled Maison Perrier Ultimate sparkling water and chocolate truffles. Pics make this hidden gem appear small. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it is. Cleverly designed to allow each of us (3 adults) to relax in our own space to read, watch a movie, nap or relax right outside our door on the covered patio. We used the fire pit to make s'mores and our grandchildren 2 and 4 had a ball playing in the large back yard with plenty of yard toys and a climbing structure. Tree house is off limits, but that's not a problem, as there's more than enough to keep the littles busy. I just cannot say enough! Thank you David and Becky! It was nice to meet your family. This place was super cute and cozy! It was just perfect for our one night stay in Estes park! We got to see turkeys and elk in the yard while drinking our coffee and that was super cool. The bed was super comfortable!! Elizabeth was very responsive and made sure we had everything that we needed. We will certainly be back because we love Estes park so much!

Absolutely stunning location, the views are breathtaking. Neighborhood turkey and deer were great to see. Very comfortable place to stay, everything you could need was available. By far our favorite stay.

A wonderful place to visit Denver and Boulder that is outside the city yet easy to reach.

Had a great stay here and enjoyed all the amenities including the amazing theater and hot tub and the beds were out of this world comfortable! wouldn't change and thing! Great hosts and super friendly pup!

My husband and I appreciated how flexible Adrienne was with check-in. She was extremely communicative and helpful, and she had so many amenities I forgot to bring- from shampoo and conditioner to coffee. We really appreciated the location and the cleanliness, as well as the privacy. This was a wonderful place to stay overnight so that we could attend a friend's wedding. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here as it is in a great location for either exploring Fort Collins and RMNP or as a stop right off 25. Shawn is very friendly, and we felt right at home. Comfortable living space and bedrooms. We highly recommend!

Great place for two people who want to get away to Fort Collins. The place is a 10 minute walk to Old Town and great coffee places and restaurants. It is super clean and has everything you need to make your stay great! There is no kitchen, but honestly, we didn't need it. She had dishes in case we did take-out, a coffee maker and cream, a sink and that was perfect!

Staying here was absolutely delightful and so worth the long drive from New Mexico. The hot tub was a a perfect detail and the outdoors area was beautiful. The home itself felt very welcoming and we appreciated how attentive Linda was. The cherry on top of our stay would be the friendly visits from the dogs. Would absolutely recommend booking this place.
