We had a wonderful comfortable stay and would definitely stay again! Sparkling clean and a short walk to the town centre. We had dinner at La Casita and oh my gosh it was stunning!! Great central place to stay for Penrith and the lakes.

What a fabulous little cottage this was. Absolutely spotless inside, beautifully furnished with everything you need. We were greeted personally by Sally who made us feel very welcome. We were visiting the Feel Good Festival and it rained a little on the Saturday. She gave us a knock to see if we had anything we'd like to dry in her boiler room. A super little place in a beautiful location with lots of walks around. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Sally :)

A beautiful cottage in the most stunning and well kept grounds. The chickens absolutely added value to the experience, especially the little brown one who we named Wilmer for our stay! She was the perfect little neighbour, cute, cheeky and friendly. The lake, boat and kayaks were gorgeous. Cottage stunning, found the smell of ‘dog’ noticeable when I went in which sparked some allergies but luckily, not upstairs so didn’t impact sleep. It clearly said dogs welcome downstairs so something I should have thought about in advance. The library and reading area overlooking gardens and lake was so peaceful and cottage really does optimise the space. Kitchen very well thought out with good facilities and loved the fresh eggs and white roses left, a really thoughtful and lovely gesture. Gorgeous place, privacy respected and clearly a much loved cottage. Thank you.

kerry and greg were absolutely great hosts, Kerry was quick to respond to any Qs we had and were so friendly and generous! we had a lovely gift basket when we arrived with some biscuits and drinks! The house it’s self was so gorgeous and cosy, the pink flowers and the feel of the house was really bright and so pretty. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and was so very clean. The bed was comfortable and the house was always warm, the bathroom was spotless with ample space and a big shower. This is a really lovely place to stay with even lovelier hosts!
