Monthly Rentals in Lancaster

I loved my two week stay at the farm! I came looking for a peaceful getaway from the city and to get a taste of life out in the Wisconsin countryside, and was definitely not disappointed. The farm is way up in the hills surrounded by nothing but land, and always an enjoyed the 10-15 minute drive down into town for supplies. I worked remotely while there, my first time using Starlink internet, and was very impressed with the speed. The place is very homey and cozy, with great amenities, comfortable bed, and warm heat. It was fun being able to watch the cows from the window, too :) Kayla had great suggestions for the area which was appreciated. I was wishing I could stay longer, and also wish I had taken the opportunity to purchase and grill the fresh beef options available! I definitely do hope to return one day.

I booked John’s cabin as a romantic surprise birthday getaway for my wife. I’ve had a few whiffs and foul balls in years past, but I think this went in the books as a home run. Beautifully secluded and quiet, tastefully decorated, clean, and well organized, this reprieve from society is worth every penny. John is a good host—he checks in, answers questions, and that’s about it. In short, our stay was wonderful and we’ll plan a return visit in the future 🙂 DR

Return visitors to Vicki's place. The space this time was the smaller of the 2, but just what we needed for an overnight stay, a quaint place for the 2 of us to relax in the front room with the windows open while we listened to the Cubs game after supper. Then a hot shower and good night's sleep before heading out early. The location is just perfect on a quiet neighborhood street that's close to dining and shopping on historic Main St. We hope to stay again when we're back in Platteville! A+

Our stay was excellent. We had everything we needed and it was peaceful. I recommend staying at Jenny's.
