Monthly Rentals in Lake Merritt

After staying at several Airbnbs over the past few weeks on a family road trip, we agreed that Dennis and Amy's thoughtful details made this the best airbnb experience of the trip. It was so clean, comfortable, and cozy. The garden created a peaceful ambiance, and our son had a blast sleeping in the loft. The great coffee, books, and games were also a big plus for us! Thank you, Amy and Dennis!

The apartment is big and well-equipped and *very* quiet. Having its own front door was convenient for check-in and delivery. Also the electronic lock makes the check-in very easy. I was in Oakland for a conference on the other side of the lake. It was nice and walkable along the water. Of course, Oakland isn't paradise, but overall a relatively nice and quiet area.

Mary’s place was very comfortable and homey, and Mary was extremely accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend if you would like a place to stay in the bay!
