The tiny house has tons of light, high ceilings, a Murphy bed, full bathroom, "tiny house" kitchen, and bonus beds in a loft space. Walkable, green, central area. COVID: unit shares NO air with anyone else! (no ductwork etc). It is a peaceful neighborhood here and we respect quiet hours after 10p.

Really enjoyed staying at Mally's place! The location was ideal for exploring the nearby sights like the great local cafes. At the same time, it was private enough where you could recharge peacefully. The space was clean and I found the working table super useful for my planning sessions during my stay. The garden gave a calm, peaceful vibe and I loved how the windows opened right outward to them and let in all that fresh air. I'd recommend this as a home base if you're planning to be in the East Bay!

Location location location. So close to some of the best of the area! The mattress was super comfy, shower water was hot and lovely. Great place to crash after spending the day on the town. Only nitpick is that mini fridge was a little loud when it would kick on , if you’re a light sleeper consider earbuds or a white noise machine — but it wouldn’t last too long

Absolutely gorgeous space! Felt like a 5 star hotel tucked away in this airbnb. The location is in a lovely residential part of the lake that is quieter and still walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and central heart of Lake Merritt. The cleanliness of this place is top tier and loved the sweet note, gifted snacks/water, and all the personal “you may need” amenities provided in the bathroom too. Alisa is so helpful, kind, & clear with communication. So grateful to have stayed in your jewel of a sunshine home. The design is a mix of modern, retro vibes & everyone about this space is top tier. Thank you so much Alisa :)
