Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake Havasu City

I would definitely recommend Brittany's home to anyone traveling to Lake Havasu. Brittany was very responsive and friendly. Her home was immaculate and clean. It's very quiet at night which makes sleeping wonderful. I felt right at home. Super cozy. New washer and dryer which came in handy. Kitchen has the basics, but it worked for us. And no crazy rules or lots of cameras which also helped to make us feel comfortable staying there. Great location with grocery store and coffee nearby. Just 15 minutes to London Bridge and the channel.

love love love this home maybe our favorite ,,perfect location ,beautiful inside and out. clean spacious, close to the water ,brewery ,Starbucks, Culver's lol. Host super friendly. responsive and has truly thought of everything you would need for an amazing stay. Kristi's place is in a great location close to the lake & downtown. The backyard is beautiful & so relaxing. Our only down side was that the pipe supplying water to the slide cracked our first morning there so the boys were sad they only got a few hours out of the slide. Even with it out of commission they got plenty of use out of the pool, hot tub & fire pit. This is a beautiful place & we will keep it in mind for our next trip to Lake Havasu.

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip this past weekend. The place looked exactly as it does in photos! We had the most amazing time. It felt private enough that we weren’t bothering anyone while still being a 5 minute uber to the lake. It was a beautiful weekend and we enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer. We would definitely book this home again. Thank you so much!

This trip consisted of myself, my wife, my late 60s Mom, and my two daughters. Mike’s house was nice and clean, and everybody was comfortable there, including my Mom who is quite the clean freak! The back yard and pool was great, the house was in a nice safe neighborhood, and close enough to the Lake, and activities. Would definitely stay again!

Danielle and Scott were great. Checked in with me throughout the stay to make sure I had everything we needed. She provided detailed checkout instructions that were easy to follow. All off the daily switches were labeled so there was no guessing what turned on what. I would definitely use any property Danielle and Scott manage.

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Our family of 3 had a great time at Kara’s place. We felt right at home. The location is amazing, right next to Rotary Park and walkable London Bridge. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay in Havasu, perfect location and right near everything. Very clean and tidy place, the inside is very pretty and looks like the photos listed. Rebekah and her husband were extremely helpful and great hosts. Overall it was perfect.

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?
