Frank is a stand up host. With our particular stay he was super responsive and one of the best host of an absolutely beautiful bnb to date. If he will ever allow me again I recommend this hm 10 or 10 for a party of 4-6 for sure. Neighbors are also very helpful and nice people.

Debbie’s place was perfect for our weekend out at Lake Havasu. It was well taken care of and absolutely beautiful. Outside entertainment area was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather with friends and family. Kitchen came stocked with everything you could need as far as spices, utensils, and cookware. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or long vacation.

Highly recommend clean, quite, peaceful condo. Nicely decorated plenty room inside the condo has plenty of space for boat parking. Diane the host is awesome she's very responsive and helpful she's easy to btalk to we would definitely stay her again .

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!

We go to Havasu every summer to spend a few months there with family and friends. Franks place was absolutely perfect. 3 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful pool and spa for those long summer nights. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and was very private. Frank was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend his place to anyone and he welcomes pets which made it the perfect choice for us.

We had a last minute issue with our RV and needed a place to stay that included our dog. This place was a lifesaver for us. The location was perfect and it was a lovely place to spend an unexpected weekend in Lake Havasu City. We had a fine few days staying here.

This team that owns these properties as so great. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and totally on top of things. I've stayed a lot of places over the years. The ownership or management was always good. But the owners here were super helpful, connected us with local resources we needed, very accommodating. Totally above and beyond. If you have a boat or off road vehicle, this townhouse is perfect. We were able to back in our trailered SxS and truck with room to spare in the toy garage. I cook when we travel and the kitchen had the basic cookware I needed to make meals. Place was very clean, sound system was awesome for movies at night, close to everything but far away enough to feel at ease and unplugged from crazy days out on the water or in the desert. Nice and quiet. The pool was perfect to cool off the couple times we needed to. This place was exactly perfect for our needs. Will absolutely stay again!

This was our family’s first time with an Airbnb. Debbie made it a WONDERFUL experience! She’s communicative, the home itself was immaculate and extremely clean and organized. We felt like we were at home 🥰 The pool was gorgeous and so much fun! We can’t wait to book another visit 🥳

Clean, quiet place of the lake

Carrianne & Michaels home is amazing! Its very clean & beautifully decorated indoors as well as outdoors. The location is in a very nice neighborhood with fantastic views. It was so nice to walk into a beautiful home & be greeted with a welcome basket. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and playing billiards. Their home is very well stocked with essential items. Carrianne was a fantastic host to us making sure our stay was perfect!
