Great house, nice pool. We feel right at home, the home is in a great neighborhood. You can see the lake from the front yard which is a plus!Love the open concept of the home. Great host, can’t wait to come back.

Took our annual Memorial Day weekend trip and it was one for the books. House is easy to find, clean, host is very responsive.

My family had such a great time , house was awesome & CLEAN! Perfect for what we were looking for. Everything about our stay was perfect. No issues at all! Definitely will stay again in the future:)

We had an amazing stay at Kristi’s beautiful home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kids had an absolute blast in the heated pool and hot tub, and we all enjoyed the gorgeous views of the lake. The amenities were top-notch and made us feel right at home. Kristi was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back!

Plenty of parking and activities to keep the kids busy. Having 2 refrigerators was great bc we had lots of food/drinks. Place was perfect. We would definitely book again.

Our stay at 10 palms was magnificent. The house was absolutely breath taking. The view in day or night was beautiful. The entire house could be in a magazine. The pictures on the site were lovely but the actual home was breathtaking. If you want a beautiful home that is upscale and sits on top of a hill looking over the lake and at the mountains look no further. 10 palms is were you, your family, and friends would want to be. My family and I wanted to stay longer but unfortunately we had to return back to California.

Matt’s place was a very convenient, cozy, clean and comfortable location. It had everything we needed and everything was very nice which made our stay very enjoyable. Matt was also very communicative and let us know before our stay that work was going to be done on the property in case we wanted to find a different place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The house was immaculate and we felt right at home. My husband ESPECIALLY loved the large rv garage where we were able to park our boat. It was so nice to be able to come back to the house after a day of boating and bbq and swim and the refreshing and clean pool. Everything about our stay was perfect.

Absolutely loved this home beautiful inside and out side close to everything fully equipped this is by far the most beautiful home I’ve stayed at in havasu will definitely be back

We had an amazing experience staying at Monica’s home! The house is very clean, spacious, well-decorated, with many thoughtful touches and useful amenities. There’s tons of things in there for everyone to enjoy. The house is located in a very convenient area with many restaurants, attractions and activities nearby. The check in process was very straightforward and flexible, Monica was even kind enough to let us check in slightly earlier! Overall she is a great and helpful host with unmatched hospitality. We had an amazing stay at this Lake Havasu home! The house was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. The outdoor area was the highlight—plenty of seating, a great BBQ setup, and a pool that was perfect for cooling off after a day on the lake. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the water, restaurants, and shops, but in a quiet neighborhood that felt private and relaxing. Diana was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. They even had extra towels, and a binder full of local recommendations, which was a nice touch. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Havasu!

This is our first time in Lake Havasu, we had a great time. Sam was very nice, and responsive since the beginning, with questions before our arrival. The house is beautiful, with a beach theme. Everything was clean, comfortable and available. The pool was clean, even though we didn’t use the jacuzzi, it was ready to use. The most important thing is that Sam went out of her way to help with something my wife forgot. We will go back in the future and we just hope this place is available. Thank you so much Sam for helping us we really appreciate it!

Had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. What truly stood out was the extra effort the host put in surprising me with a birthday basket and a birthday banner. They absolutely didn’t have to, but went above and beyond to make my stay feel special and meaningful. we got to this place and it was more spacious than we expected! the kitchen has everything you needed to cook with. the kids loved the game room. the pool was nice and clean. the outside area around the pool had a lot of seating and also misters for the afternoon. the outdoor lighting was great and the flat top grill made man meals for my family. it was hot out but the pool really made the kids not want to leave the house and explore. the house was 7 mins from downtown. would definitely stay here again.

We can’t say enough about how lovely this property is! My family and I had such a fun time while staying at Bryan’s place! The pool was refreshing after a day on the lake and the game room offered us a place to stay cool and continue to build some great family memories. Every year my fam does a week long trip to Havasu and this has been our favorite airbnb house yet! It has everything you need, lots of seating, and lots of beds! The pickleball court and arcade room were especially great! We had no issues parking our boat and multiple cars on the driveway/in garage. Highly recommend booking here!!
