Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?

It was a great place for me and my friend! Perfect size for two. It didn’t feel like we were attached to the owners home! Great overall experience

This was the perfect location. Gorgeous view of the lake and golf course. Enjoyed the patio and the view of the London Bridge. Very walkable to many restaurants. Javelina Cantina was fun for Southwestern cuisine and loved Angelina's for Italian. Took a boat ride over to the Casino - fun. Perfect location for a stay in Lake Havasu. Pool beautiful. Comfy beds, lots of hot water. A great stay...

Was an amazing experience, really felt at home, the home is clean, and really well thought out. The Game room is great and countless hours were spent playing Pac-Man! Every room was clean, the beds were comfortable and my guests really enjoyed the time spent. The Backyard….. now that’s something else. You have an entire mini-golf course with sand traps, and great features for the whole family to have fun for hours. The bbq and patio was a great place to relax and the pool was flat out gorgeous. The view is the best part. You have a Lake view and amazing sunsets. Great home, even better owners. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The Nut house was a great place to stay. Right off the highway with gorgeous view of the lake from the front of the house and an amazing backyard that offered so much with a gorgeous pool, hot tub, fire pit, and horseshoe toss. Ryan was easily reachable and answered faster than Airbnb said. Overall it was a great experience and was very relaxing. It really eliminated the stress of this trip having such a great host and a beautiful house. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for everything Ryan.

Kristi’s home was perfect for our family trip. The unit was spacious and the loft was great for extra sleeping space. The decor was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and enjoying the evenings.

Awesome location, friendly host, will absolutely visit again. Only negative is that i didn’t take a longer vacation!! I have a family of 4 & it was more then perfect!!

Had a great time and would 10/10 stay here again. The beds were comfortable, everything was nice and clean, loved having the queen over queen bunkbeds to accommodate our family. All the outdoor seating and the barbecue were great to have, as well as the chest freezer. The AC sure helped beat the 115° heat! Already looking forward to our next stay here!

This trip consisted of myself, my wife, my late 60s Mom, and my two daughters. Mike’s house was nice and clean, and everybody was comfortable there, including my Mom who is quite the clean freak! The back yard and pool was great, the house was in a nice safe neighborhood, and close enough to the Lake, and activities. Would definitely stay again!

First time in this unit. Very nice and comfortable. Level 3 has the best views.

Vicki was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and communicative. When I encountered an issue, she helped right away and was flexible. We already have our next stay booked.

My finance and I have stayed all over Lake Havasu , we could confidently say this has to be one of our top 3 spots to stay . It’s less than 5 minute drive to gas station , grocery store , wall greens , 3 minute walk to the channel, and less than 10 minute walk to the London bridge. Also queens bay has a heated pool and hot tub that closes at 11 ! We definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Havasu!

This place was great, I’ve stayed a couple places in Lake Havasu and this is definitely in my top five. Will be back.

Laura was very helpful throughout the check in process as well as always letting me know she’s there for us. We had a great stay and would gladly stay there again as the location was ideal and close to restaurants and the lake/channel
