Recently remodeled, furnished, beautiful and cozy 2 bed 2 full bath home, centrally located and walking distance to Downtown. I recently added many extras to make the home more enjoyable for anyone's stay from new sofas, washer and dryer, board games, dvds, blue tooth speaker, outside patio furniture, fire pit and decor inside and out. We had an amazing experience staying at Monica’s home! The house is very clean, spacious, well-decorated, with many thoughtful touches and useful amenities. There’s tons of things in there for everyone to enjoy. The house is located in a very convenient area with many restaurants, attractions and activities nearby. The check in process was very straightforward and flexible, Monica was even kind enough to let us check in slightly earlier! Overall she is a great and helpful host with unmatched hospitality. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Lake Havasu and looking for a pleasant experience. Thank you Monica for hosting us, we look forward to booking with you again in the future!

My family and I enjoyed our stay . The house was very warm and cozy and inviting . The rooms were perfect size, the beds were comfortable and clean. The master bathroom shower was a hit ! The house kept cool temperature in the tripple digit weather during our stay . The backyard and pool were perfect 👌 We will definitely stay here again !

We had an amazing stay at this Lake Havasu home! The house was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. The outdoor area was the highlight—plenty of seating, a great BBQ setup, and a pool that was perfect for cooling off after a day on the lake. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the water, restaurants, and shops, but in a quiet neighborhood that felt private and relaxing. Diana was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. They even had extra towels, and a binder full of local recommendations, which was a nice touch. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Havasu!

Luxe Lake Havasu Retreat |

Was the perfect space for my family to spend time together after being apart. The layout of the house is incredible, separate ‘wings’ but a beautiful and spacious “great room” with the living, kitchen and dining room all together. Beautiful view from the back yard yet was so private feeling. The pool with the shallow space and ledge across the entire side was perfect for the toddler with us! The had so many games and the kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were beyond gorgeous. This was a very comfortable trip! My only complaint are the rocks along the edge of the pool. They are so small and easily get on the tile and walking bare foot around the pool or going from the pool to the turf patch was extremely painful. I wish that the turf could come up to the tile instead of either having to jump or grit your teeth and walk especially when the toddler wants to go over there but also doesn’t want to put on their shoes for two steps. We look forward to staying here again!

we got to this place and it was more spacious than we expected! the kitchen has everything you needed to cook with. the kids loved the game room. the pool was nice and clean. the outside area around the pool had a lot of seating and also misters for the afternoon. the outdoor lighting was great and the flat top grill made man meals for my family. it was hot out but the pool really made the kids not want to leave the house and explore. the house was 7 mins from downtown. would definitely stay here again.
