Matt’s place was a very convenient, cozy, clean and comfortable location. It had everything we needed and everything was very nice which made our stay very enjoyable. Matt was also very communicative and let us know before our stay that work was going to be done on the property in case we wanted to find a different place.

Jose was a great host. The house was clean and comfortable; there weren’t any surprises from the listing. If you have any requests he is very responsive. The pool and backyard are nice and well maintained. We would stay here again.

We can’t wait to come back! Michele was very accommodating by allowing an early check in and was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The home is beautiful, clean and great for a weekend getaway! The boat parking made our stay convenient and the pool and spa were the perfect way to close out the days! Thank you for a great stay!

Love the house and pool area. We had all the comforts of home. Beautiful yard and well maintained. Information book was spot on and easy to understand. All in all it was exactly what we wanted and provided us with a great vacation. Also would recommend this to all our friends. Thanks again.

Friendly hosts with a beautiful house. Kids loved the pool everyday/night for our 3 day stay. Room accommodations had plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Recommend – Perfect Stay in Lake Havasu! We’re a very picky couple, and it took us weeks of searching to find the right place—and this home exceeded all our expectations! The house was immaculate, with a spacious and clean interior that felt both modern and welcoming. Everything was smart-tech enabled but very user-friendly. The backyard was a standout feature: roomy, beautifully set up for barbecues, and perfect for relaxing by the pool and Jacuzzi. The views of the lake were stunning, and the whole property felt private and peaceful—we didn’t hear a single neighbor during our stay. Parking was also a breeze. The garage easily accommodated our truck and boat, which was a huge plus. This was just the two of us this time, but we’re already planning to return with friends. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind, which made our stay even better. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Havasu, we highly recommend booking this home—you won’t be disappointed!

John and Tina were great hosts! The home was so beautiful and exactly what we needed for our little Havasu vacation. It was an easy check in with great instructions for everything you might need. They were very responsive. The backyard was perfect for the desert heat with fun floaties and plenty of places to sit and relax with lots of umbrellas for shade. It was very well equipped with anything you might need! Overall such an amazing stay, and we would definitely stay again in the future!

Such a nice area to stay! Very responsive and helpful hosts, and a perfect description of the condo. Stayed for 3 nights, and wish we could’ve stayed longer especially because of how great the price a night is. Everything you can possibly need is at the condo, and you feel right at home.

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

We truly appreciate Dennis for accommodating us on such short notice. His home is beautifully designed, extremely clean, and made for a very comfortable stay. This is my second time staying at queens bay. Love it here. Host was great. Room was nice. Location is close to the lake and walking distance to restaurants.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! Close to lots of restaurants and we especially love the cookies and water in the fridge upon arrival!

Great ! 10 stars! I choose airbnb by location. Location was 1 mile from lake ( i walked to lake everyday, body beach, london bridge, channel, rotary park). Best part - downtown area was one block by walking. Bowling, resturants, bars, and shops. Smiths grocery store was 1 block by walking. I felt right at home! I cooked everyday. I felt very safe. The pool was clean and warm. The bed comfy and clean. 2 TVs had many options. Bathroom was private and clean. I had everything I needed for a whole month! Communication was great and I felt the host was available to me when I had concern or q. I highly recommend this gem! AC system and WiFi works great. 1st floor easy access. Mail delivery was easy. Had plenty of towels. I am truly greatful for this amazing gem and the location really cannot be beat. I stayed for a month without a car and explored a lot of lake havasu lake and social scene. Thank you many times to my great host! Highly reccomend to solo and family travelers! Best!

It was our first time in havasu and using Airbnb, all I can say is wow! Best experience, great location, perfect for my truck and boat. Definitely staying here again! Craig did a fantastic job communicating and helping me with the Airbnb. Thank you again for making our first time unforgettable!

We really enjoyed staying in Michelle’s place for Memorial Day weekend. Even though there were many people at the lake that weekend, the condo itself was very quiet. It was great to be walking distance to the lake. The decorations were really nice and the kitchen had everything we needed.

beautiful condo, made us feel right at home. we are a family of seven, four of which are small children and we all slept comfortably. fully furnished apartment had everything you would need. we loved our stay and location and would love to stay in this exact place again next year ☺️ the host even let us check in earlier than the expected time and allowed me to add a last minute guest! thank you for a lovely vacation my family will remember forever!! 🥰

The perfect place! Only 15 minute walk to everything we wanted to do including the lake, food, gas station and the bars. The space was spacious, cute, and stocked with all little things you might need. Kipp was responsive and super helpful especially when we were need of an emergency laundry situation.
