House holiday rentals in Lake George

A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

Gotta say it’s gotta be the first place that advertises child friendly and actually was. Multiple high chairs and cribs. No low placed fragile furniture. Even the coffee table had corner foam bumpers.

Heaven on earth!!! Very peaceful!! Clean energy!! Tbh I am struggling to write about this place because I don’t want people to know about it. I want to keep it as a secret but I know that a place like this shouldn’t be a secret and shared with people… I cannot wait to be back again!!!!

This Airbnb deserves 5 stars across the board in every category. This home was the perfect stay for a group of friends or family to getaway and relax for a weekend (or longer). We stayed here during the winter, but everyone loved it so much we were saying how we should come back in the Summer! The entire house is so comfy! The couches, chairs, blankets etc just made it such a nice relaxing stay. Also the arcade / movie theater basement was so much fun!!! We really loved that there were smart TVs in every room that could be logged into whatever streaming service you prefer. Also the bathrooms were immaculate, absolute dream bathroom near the master bedroom. I would also love to mention the mudroom, this house has a no shoes policy which is super easy when they have a beautiful roomy entry way with HEATED FLOORS. William and Giselle have really focused on the little details in each and every room and it really shows. Thank you again for an amazing stay.

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

We had a great time during our stay! The indoor pool was the real highlight—clean, well-maintained, and the surround sound music made it extra fun. The entire property was spotless and clearly well cared for. We even enjoyed S’mores at the outdoor fire pit. Chantale and Toni were incredibly accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Diana’s place was perfect for our family visit to Lake George. Great location, walkable to town and hikes. The kids loved the pool. We would definitely recommend and come back for another stay.

9 adults and 3 children all met up for a family weekend! We came from NY, NH and Maine! The house was perfect! Plenty of room to gather or separate! Even tho it was a chilly rainy weekend the kids managed to get in plenty of pool time! Tanya was very responsive and Melvin was the greatest! Our first morning he came right over to fix a slow drain. Our family had a great time here. We spent as much time on the dock as possible. So serene, so beautiful. And the view of the lake from inside the home, which was nicely renovated, is amazing, too. A special thank you to Trisha, who was communicative, helpful, and friendly.

This spot was great! It served as a base camp for the Adirondack portion of our 2024 fall expedition. It's just minutes from Lake George but not in the chaos so when you are done there you feel like you are going home. Our only regret is that we had so many road trips planned we didn't get to spend much time at Glen lake - it is so peaceful and quiet. However, It was great to wake up each morning to the sun sparkling across the lake and coming right into the living room through the trees, especially with the leaves radiating in color. Everything is right nearby so it's super convenient and it's just a minute from RT87 so you can go where ever you want. The host we're super nice, very friendly and made it feel like we were at our 3rd home - totally comfortable! We'd go back in a heartbeat...

great house with everything needed to enjoy the beautiful surroundings for a family vacation- pups included. the summit at sacandaga was everything we hoped for: beautiful lake views surrounded by mountains in a very private setting. the entire house was very clean and well appointed especially in bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. we loved our stay. heather was very responsive and helpful and we had no issues from start to finish- only a positive experience. we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this beautiful spot on the lake.

Peter was an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, even recommending local places for us to check out and helping me find a spot right nextdoor at the marina to dock my boat. His communication was excellent and the cottage had amazing views of the lake, especially for watching the fireworks from the second floor deck. Our family really enjoyed the private neighborhood beach, which included the use of kayaks that our boys loved. Being walking distance to Million Dollar Beach and the village was also a nice perk. We created great memories and will definitely return!

What a wonderful cabin in a peaceful area. Gary’s cabin is perfect. A nice place to relax after hiking and exploring the area. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. Gary responded quickly to any questions we had. We hope to return someday. Thank you Gary for making your cabin a wonderful place that feels like home.

This was our second visit back to the cabin, we love it here! Very cozy, feels very comfortable, beds are comfortable. Close to restaurants, Lake Luzerne, Lake George just minutes away. Awesome host, can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. The house was gorgeous! There was issues with the weather and the WIFI was out, Rebecca messaged me as soon as it went out to tell me how to get in the house. She was so wonderful. I will definitely be back.

What a wonderful place for a little get away! Very peaceful area with a great view of the water and quick access! It had everything you could need and the hot tub adds a special touch. The hosts truly thought of everything. We hope to stay again!

It was a great stay. The house was cozy and beautiful. The only two cons are: 1) Most of the food items ( like spices, sauces, oil) were expired in 2015 2) There is no large screen TV. All the TVs are old and small. Other than these the stay was very good and peaceful with beautiful views from all parts of the house.

Private large house with plenty of space for our grandchildren and the adults. Children are their parents stayed on the 1st floor which was next to the game room. 2nd floor has the kitchen area, large living room with wraparound porch. Another bed and master bedroom located here. Bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Lots amenities come with the house for use at the lake or around the home. The only suggestion is to clean the enclosed porch on the 1st as the weather blows in dust. This house is worth considering if you’re staying at Lake George.

This house was perfect for a girls getaway! There was so much space, multiple rooms to hang out in, great outdoor space, beautiful view of the lake. The hot tub and fire pit were great amenities! Bonnie was so quick to respond, usually answering messages within 5 minutes. Just a short drive to downtown Lake George. Definitely recommend for a big crew!

Our team had an incredible stay for our Staff Workshop! The house was absolutely beautiful, providing the perfect setting for a productive and relaxing retreat. Katie was an amazing host—so accommodating and attentive to our needs. We truly appreciated her hospitality. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

We enjoyed our weekend. The house felt secluded and quiet, but yet so close to all Lake George has to offer. Katrina was kind, easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. She gave us good restaurant recommendations. We would definitely return and hope to make this an annual trip. Great house and great weekend.

The residence was lovely and clean. perfect for relaxing short get away. The one slight negative is the road noise. This is certainly out of the owners control. The afternoon and evening traffic, especially motorcycle traffic can be a annoying. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the 3 season room. traffic noise falls off about 730pm. we had a lovely stay.

Debra’s place is a DREAM!! Even more beautiful than the photos. Check in and check out were a breeze, and Debra was very responsive/friendly/helpful. She even left us some Prosecco to kick off my bachelorette weekend!! So thoughtful and generous. I absolutely recommend Debra’s GORGEOUS home and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Every room is so comfortable, clean, and well decorated and the backyard is peaceful and picturesque. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you, Debra!!
