Vermont Lakefront Getaway "The Wild Loon"

This home was built in 2020 with the beautiful lake and mountain views in mind. The Wild Loon is what we decided to name our retreat because we are often visited by wild loons here on the lake. The Wild Loon has an open concept floor plan. Sleeping arrangements are upstairs and downstairs in the basement. The half bath, kitchen, living and dining room are all on the main floor. Parking is directly across the road and can fit 4 vehicles in the summer, spring and fall 3 vehicles during winter

Enjoy swimming, Kayaking and fishing on the Hudson River, all right from the backyard of the house. It has a great deck which overlooks the river with perfect views for enjoying sunset cocktails… Yard also has two fire-pits for night time fun and laughs. The lake access, Beach Access, Restaurants and Shopping are all located 30 seconds away from our rental! Also a beautiful park called Shepards park right outside of the entrance to our rental! If you’re planning on visiting Lake George and the village you will not find any other rental as centrally located as our rental! We have private of street parking, full size kitchen, 3 bedrooms, dining table, living room, air conditioning, full size bathroom, and a seasonal enclosed deck!

Come stay at our newly renovated VT Route 100 getaway on the Deerfield River. We’re passionate about creating simple, thoughtfully designed homey spaces that make for the perfect retreat to Mount Snow. Located on the Moover route, just north of Snow Republic Brewery and next to High Altitude Ski Rental, this no-stairs unit offers convenience and charm in equal measure.

Family friendly and you're close to everything when you stay. 1/2 mile from boat launch and lake access and 15 min to Mt Snow base lodge. A short walk to town. Located on hiking trails. Plenty of parking for a boat or snowmobile trailer and 2 vehicles. Open deck and yard area for relaxing. A stone fire pit in back yard and gas fire pit on the deck.
