Chalet holiday rentals in Lake George

Great place to stay all in all. Christopher could work on a few things to make the stay easier for guests but this is a great spot and we loved the quiet and the privacy.

Well worth the stay! Thinking of doing it all again next year. Home was clean and ready when we arrived, heat and amenities all worked - zero complaints.

Awesome place. Just what I was looking for. Fall foliage and several hikes and drives in the area were beautiful. A couple of great local restaurants and a coffee house with pastries. Matthew and Michael were very responsive to my many questions. They were great to work with. Prefect place for my week get away. Satellite TV was a plus to watch NFL and baseball playoffs. Very relaxing and cozy with a private location close to restaurants and local grocery store. Stocked with everything you need. I would definitely recommend this wonderful Adirondack Chalet and hope to return.

This cabin in the woods is a wonderful base for exploration of the Adirondacks. If you love the outdoors, I highly recommend this airbnb as there is plenty of wild to explore within an hour drive in all directions. The house is cozy with everything you would need to live there. Myself and 9 of my friends fit in this house and we had a wonderful weekend in the adks.

Another wonderful stay at The Chalet! The property and home are beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. We look forward to coming back every year. Plenty of space for a big family, and our dogs enjoy playing outside.

We thank Joe for a wonderful stay. He is very friendly and did all he could to accomadate our needs. I would highly reccomend his Chalet. The grounds were also beautiful with lots of walking trails right outside the Chalet. Thanks again Joe for all you did to make our stay fun and peaceful!

Mark’s place was a charming cabin in the woods, well removed from main roadways. The space felt like a careful curation from a person who enjoys collecting things from his travels. It was open and spacious with options for everyone in our group. Once all of our belongings made it into the cabin, we were able to disperse into the rooms and tuck things away in corners so that it was easy to move through the space. We loved the cabin and can’t wait to stay with Mark again! -Megan

Great place! Came with friends and kids, lots of space for everyone to hangout. Outside pavilion and gazebo were amazing. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful chalet close to all of the best of Southern Vermont. A nice blend of modern comfort and rustic surroundings. Beautiful private yard for roasting marshmallows and hot tubbing. Garrett was very responsive whenever we had a question or needed assistance. One of the most responsive hosts we’ve had over the past 10 years of using AirBNB. Super host indeed

It was a mint, retro house with all modern conveniences. Everything was as it it was just built! Like time travel to my childhood.

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Johnsburg! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy, and we really appreciated how dog-friendly the space was—our two pups felt right at home. The hot tub and pool were a huge bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Adirondacks. Our child loved the fun game room stocked with toys, and the pool table provided entertainment for the adults, too. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for comfort and fun in a beautiful setting!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house, although we didn’t experience much of the lake because we were there for a ski trip to Gore and we got over a foot of snow. We did spend a lot of time in the house. It’s really great — comfortable, clean, modern, well-decorated and -designed, just a terrific vacation home. Location wise, it’s an easy 20-minute ride down a main highway to get to Gore, so no problem there. It’s two minutes to get to a Stewart’s and a couple of restaurants, delis, pubs, pizza. Not a huge selection of choices but enough for a long weekend. Lisa was an excellent host, available throughout our stay for little questions we had. We would love to stay again in the summer to see what it’s like when it’s not covered in snow. The lake is absolutely beautiful. 100% recommend. You’ll have a great time.

We had a great stay at Indian Lake! It's a beautiful cottage in such a scenic, peaceful environment, and made for a wonderful weekend getaway. The house was equipped with just about everything we needed, including access to canoes and kayaks that we could use to traverse the lake. We enjoyed the screened-in outdoor porch as well for our meals, and the little deck overlooking the lake was a beautiful spot for reading and stargazing. Thank you, Rose and Bruce! Hopefully, we'll be back soon.

We had a wonderful girls’ getaway for Mother’s Day at this beautiful lake house! The home was spotless, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Waking up to the view of the lake each morning was a highlight, and we loved spending time near the water and soaking in the quiet surroundings. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. A perfect spot for a peaceful escape— 30 minute drive to Lake George was a plus!! Highly recommend.

We had a great time at the Chalet, and all the extra touches were appreciated. Plenty of towels, available firewood, kcups for coffee and many other extra touches. We did a lot of cooking, and kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Great location. When not enjoying Lake Sacandaga, Saratoga and Lake George are also close by to visit. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and provided us convenient access to Gore Mountain for skiing on this holiday weekend (about 30 mins from the main parking lot). The house is fully stocked with amenities right down to the table being set with a bottle of wine on our arrival. The local area around the house looks like it would be a absolute blast in the summer (pond/lake access, extreme outdoors course). Highly reccomend this host and this house. Would gladly stay here again in the future.
