Monthly Rentals in Lake Eola Park

Beautiful area. Right next to a park with the Orlando logo sign. So peaceful and clean. Walmart about 15 minutes away. Washer and dyer. The pool on the 11th floor was beautiful and the lounge. There is also a grill.

It was a lovely place. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it was very nice, and the kitchen table was great. I liked the location, primarily the walkability to downtown and the Lake Eola area. There were plenty of places to choose from to eat. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood alone and at dusk. It’s a great central location if you travel north to Winter Park or south to the shopping malls. The owner left clear, easy instructions on entry and locking up the place. I was able to park my Honda Accord in the parking space provided. The bed, bathroom, and mirrors were great. TVs in the living room and bedroom. It’s perfect for two people but three would feel cramped for me.

These guys are fantastic! The place is so nice and looks just like the pictures. The location cannot be beat, overlooking Lake Eola and the park. Walkable to restaurants and night life. Best of all is the host, so responsive and flexible, I cannot say enough good things about them.

Alexander is an A+++ host. He cares and it shows that he takes pride in his rental. The place is super clean. super private and quiet. Just a stones throw from beautiful downtown too. 5 stars 👍
