Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Eola Park

We were in town for my sons baseball tournament and this place was perfect. It was in a very convenient location, close to many things, and only 35 minutes from Disney springs. We appreciate that animals were allowed and that it was easy to walk a dog through the neighborhood.

Sara was one of the best things about this reservation. She was proactive and helpful and did a great job of responding through the concerns. A couple of uncontrollable circumstances took place, but it was still a great overall experience and her and Mo were great hosts. I would recommend staying at this AirBNB...great hosts and great location!

A very cozy, quaint spot, and close to everything! Milton recommended great spots, and was very quick to respond and gave clear instructions. Would definitely look into staying again if coming back into the area.

had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described (if not better). The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in super easy. They even provided thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Whether you’re looking for a short getaway or a longer stay, I highly recommend this property. I would absolutely book again!

Although I do not always take the time to write reviews as I should, this one is worth writing. This was a last minute booking as my previous booking in Orlando was found to be a scam and Frank helped out and made his place available on short notice wirth less than 24 hours until my arrival. This apartment was great, spacious, and comfortable and I would 100% come back and stay here as I am in Orlando very frequently. It is super close to Publix and many restaurants, Lake Eola, and less than 20 minutes drive to Universal and Disney. This is not a complaint as it is prevalent in many AirBnb's but make sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as there was enough for just a couple of days and there is not any cleaning supplies to keep tidy but the Publix is just a few blocks away. Lastly, I actually lost my keys and the apartment FOB in Universal and Frank was so understandable. They were turned in to Lost and Found the next day so everything worked out. Stay here!

Frank was an incredible host! He was extremely attentive and made sure my stay was PERFECT! He answered any questions I had, responding very promptly and politely. The home was super clean, and we were provided with PLENTY of towels, necessities and even some snacks and coffee!!! 100/10 would recommend!! (:

This house is so cozy and lovely! We attended a concert at Camping World Stadium and Miguel’s home was the perfect fit, it felt private but was nearby, and there are 2 bikes provided that we took to the venue (which saved us from sitting in traffic for 30 minutes after the show!). You could easily walk to the venue as well if you wanted. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautifully remodeled home in popular area. Bathrooms, kitchen and common areas exquisite. Host is very accommodating and responsive.

The house is beautiful and comfortable, it's near to Kia Center, park to walk, amazing restaurants and only 20 min to all Disney park.

This condo was perfect and is just as it's described. I loved how secure the building is. it's in a great location and walkable to Lake Eola, shops and restaurants. It's very quiet. Host gave great instructions for entry. I will definitely rent again when I'm back in the area.

we wanted a place to stay that was close to Epic Universe/Universal Orlando and this was perfect! publix and restaurants is just a walk away! our son loved the decorations and the variety of game consoles (game cube reminded me of my childhood🥹) we would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay,Check In Was Easy You Go Right Up To Room With The Codes They Provide. Room Looks Just Like Picture, Everything Was Clean And Set Up Perfect For A Studio. Everything Is Also Close To Where You Stay.

We like this apartment very much. it's new and clean, location is also good, whole environment is good. The host reply very fast. will book it again when next time come. only not convenient is that can't stock luggage before check in and after check out.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
