Monthly Rentals in Lake Anne

I stayed at Smirna's place with my fiance and sister for a few days and it worked well for three adults. The space was comfortable, well equipped, and very well maintained. Check-in was a breeze. The location is an easy drive from the Dulles airport and has good access to the highway into downtown DC as well as the DC metro and a number of nice suburban communities. The spot was perfect for us and I would recommend it to other travelers.

Gerri is a wonderful host. Very responsive to questions. The apartment is stocked with everything you need and very welcoming and homey. It is located in a nice, safe neighborhood and convenient to many outdoor activities and shopping. I liked the added touch of a welcome basket with a few goodies.

Nestled in one of America’s most beautiful suburbs, Jeremy’s place is a hidden gem for anyone visiting the nation’s capital. The other positive reviews here say it all. I could not have asked for a more economical and lovely place to stay for a week with my niece and son during his masters degree celebrations. I lived nearly 30 years in the Reston/Herndon area and returning to this Airbnb made me feel as if I had never moved away. Outstanding amenities and decor; loved the artwork by Leonid Afremov. Jeremy was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay including carrying my heavy suitcase down the stairs when I arrived and loaning me some boxing tape to mail items home before I left. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The place in a fantastic location and was walkable to RTC. I stayed with my two kids and they had a good time. I did use the kitchen. Quite a lot and for the most part it was good but be aware they don’t have a cutting board, baking sheets or oven mitts so bring your own if you plan on using the oven. They do provide a very nice starter kit but the toilet paper and tray bags are very limited so depending on how long you stay (more than 7 days) you may need more. Overall a great building and place we felt safe in
