Raffaele has always been available with confidentiality, he has always written to me if I needed anything, the house has been recently renovated, it was clean and cared for, he provided me with breakfast products, coffee and aperitif and other useful things for the stay, it is very spacious and enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the Gulf of Catanzaro Lido, he gave me many tips on places and where to eat great food, the place is also very quiet and peaceful and there are no problems for parking.... I will definitely keep it in mind if I have to come back... I highly recommend it to everyone.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. We didn't miss anything! The apartment was clean, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Large cozy terrace to linger on. Communication with Antonio was very good. No matter what the concern, he helped immediately. The beach is very close with a beautiful sea. We highly recommend this apartment. We really felt at home.
