Tiny house holiday rentals in Lady Bird Lake

We loved it. Beautiful casita, easy street parking and flexible check-in. AC mini split worked like a dream, was perfect for our weekend in Austin. 10 min drive from downtown. Space was clean and comfortable, shower had great water pressure. Street parking was also easy, plenty of space right next to the entry gate. Very lovely experience overall, stunningly beautiful garden. Would stay here again for sure.

Monica provided clear guidance and was very communicative during the stay. Very clean, private, and comfortable stay! I will absolutely look for this listing for future trips to Austin.

Jessa’s place is perfectly located in the charming Hyde Park neighborhood. I loved exploring the area — there’s a great locally owned bookstore, cozy cafés, and inviting restaurants all tucked among lovely family homes. One of my favorite parts was taking evening walks to admire how the locals decorated their houses — one even had a window frame hanging in the front yard's tree! The house itself was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and with a private entrance, which made it feel like my own little retreat. Just a small heads-up for taller guests — the shower head is at a standard height, and at 6'5", I had to do a little maneuvering. Not a complaint, just something to note if you’re over six feet tall. Overall, a great stay — I’d definitely come back!

Christina was super helpful the entire stay. she was extremely responsive and was pleasant to work with. Will definitely rent from her again!

Sean was proactive in communicating ahead of our stay, and gave us clear check-in directions. The house has tons of natural light, was very clean, and included nice small such as makeup remover in the bathroom (which my partner was thankful for!), a couple Topo Chicos in the fridge, and beach towels. Parking was easy, neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and was equidistant to the river and several amazing cafes/food! Already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Austin.

We had a great stay here and loved the location. We were able to walk to restaurants in multiple directions. We loved watching the thunderstorms in the skylight above the bed. The off street parking is great, but is a bit tight if you come in at the wrong angle. We would stay here again for sure!

Great little crashpad, perfect for simple visits without a lot of fuss. Cute and cozy. Great communication.

TJ was the best host I’ve ever encountered. He was very communicative, welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent, plenty of things to do within a reasonable distance. The tiny home was so comfortable and cozy. I would definitely stay here again, cant recommend it enough!

We had a great stay! The cabin was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything you’d need. It perfectly balanced rustic charm with contemporary touches. I felt comfortable and right at home. It was also conveniently located, just a short drive to the city. The only downside was its proximity to the road. It would have been nice if it was gated to block off the side road so we could let our dogs run freely without worry. That said, the area was still quiet and serene. Chris was a wonderful host. He was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and answered all our questions promptly.

this was probably the best air bnb we’ve stayed at everything was exactly as advertised and the owners were so nice and accommodating. Immediately when i met darin i knew that we were in good hands, And they recommended the best restaurants and things to go out there. i will definitely be coming back here again without a doubt.

Rita’s place is close to my Shady Hollow family… very convenient. I’ve stayed there a couple of times and it will always be my first choice for future stays.

I stayed at Esmeralda’s tiny home for 3 nights. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Esmeralda had thought of everything. The space is beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail—cozy, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made me feel both pampered and cared for. She provided so many extras I didn’t expect: plush towels, quality toiletries, snacks, a well-stocked kitchen, and fridge w/creamer and waters, etc. . It felt like staying at a boutique retreat made just for me. Mornings were magical—waking up to the soft sounds of nearby sheep & roosters and sipping coffee with a peaceful view. At night, the quiet was absolute bliss. Esmeralda is also incredibly kind, generous, and communicative. She checked in just enough to make sure I had everything I needed but always gave me space to relax and enjoy. This tiny home radiates love and care. I had an ideal time here and left feeling recharged. I’ll be back!

This stay was lovely. I was there with a girlfriend of mine for one night. It was a peaceful neighborhood. The garden in which we were situated was beautiful and felt secluded. The layout of the home was lovely and comfortable. I would stay here again! Thank you Steef.

This place was absolutely phenomenal! The home was spotless, thoughtfully stocked with amenities, and had such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I had no issues or concerns during my stay, everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Austin!

I absolutely adored my stay at Kyle and Caitlin’s tiny home! From the moment I walked in, I could tell how much thought and care went into every detail. The soft pink touches, vintage-style kitchen, cozy built-in bench seating, and the string lights out back gave the whole place such a sweet and welcoming vibe. It truly felt like a little Southern escape. The space was spotless, perfectly cool when I arrived (a lifesaver in Texas!), and the check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Kyle and Caitlin were great hosts—prompt, communicative, and so thoughtful. If you’re looking for a peaceful, charming place to relax with tons of personality, this is it. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

We really enjoy our stay here. Everything was very homie and cozy, only thing we did not liked was that it was not cold enough so we were hot at night but other than that it was a really awesome place to stay.

Esteban and his sweet dog Olive were great hosts. He was very helpful in providing great recommendations around town and he was super friendly and welcoming. The garden around the Airbnb was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

The Casita is in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to shops and restaurants. It is immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked with hot and cold drinks as well as snacks. We loved the Kiehl’s toiletries in the shower.

This adorable tiny house is exactly as pictured with a lovely patio to enjoy. Rebecca has thought of everything you would need for your stay. She has lots of information about the neghborhood, Austin and TX in general. We weathered a wild hail storm together and it made for an extra memorable experience! Thanks so much Rebecca!!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay here! We came primarily to visit family members who had recently moved to Austin and could not have picked a more perfect location, as we were within walking distance of both of them! We could also walk to restaurants, coffee shops, watering holes, and -- my favorite -- the walking/biking path just across the way (with a cool community garden). I also had fun exploring the wonderfully eclectic neighborhood. The cottage itself was a charming, comfortable place to relax in between outings. It felt more spacious than I expected and had everything we needed and then some ... a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, intriguing artwork, and ample space in the "dressing area" to hang clothes or just set our luggage out of the way during our four-night stay. We would definitely stay here again!
