Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lady Bird Lake

Our trip was wonderful! The place was lovely and the few issues we did have were addressed quickly. We did bring a sound machine and ear plugs just to be proactive and the sound machine was a lifesaver at night to drown out loud upstairs neighbors, but that was a minor issue when the trade off was getting to walk to Barton springs every morning 3 minutes away. We loved the natural light and enjoyed the ac as well!

Absolutely loved staying here! This unit is well equipped with all the amenities and more! Location is amazing and I loved walking and exploring the neighborhood, including the cemetery grounds. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit! Everything about the space was clean and well organized. John even provided K-cups! While the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, I realize that is individual preference and I was still able to rest well. Whenever I return to Austin, this will be my #1 choice for ABnB!

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The space was exactly as described! Clean, stylish, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The tub was incredible, and all the little touches made it feel like home. There was plenty of towels and toiletries provided, no detail was overlooked. Communication with Michael was easy and quick, and check-in was a breeze. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, my husband and I were unable to stay at Carole’s for the duration of the trip. She was a gracious host and was able to work with us to refund our trip after having to cancel for personal reasons. Carole’s listing is in a wonderful location, well maintained and very thoughtful details for guests traveling from all over with a list of recommendations!

Had an awesome stay in The Austin Texas House! The place was super clean and comfy, and the location was perfect!!! just a short walk to our favorite restaurant. I got to meet Chris and he was super friendly and welcoming, plus we got to meet his sweet dog Mika too! Really appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

AMAZING AIR BNB!! My husband and I have stayed at a handful of air bnbs in Austin and this one if our favorite. Great location, private, comfortable bed, amazing bathrooms. The plus was the fancy massage chair! You won’t regret booking here!

Great place, pretty much exactly like the pictures. We loved our stay, I didn’t want to leave! Really lovely decor, well thought out and Drew includes everything you need, very well stocked for cooking and full coffee service! The location is very private and peaceful. It’s right across the street from a nature reserve with hiking trails. You’ll need a car (or uber, which I used with no problem) to get to restaurants etc but it’s a short ride. Lots of free parking on the street and driveway. So easy to check in and out, Drew was very communicative Will definitely stay here again on future trips to ATX. Thanks so much!

Awesome place to stay! Lots of games, all the things to cook with, and the best of all was the amazingly comfortable bed and plush pillows!

Truly a comforting and cozy place to stay at! The little kitchen had many appliances provided and we were even able to make a cup of tea and coffee which was super lovely. It’s also placed in a perfect area with plenty of stores and places to eat nearby!

Tom was a great host. Loved the feeling of the private apartment feel while still being connected to the house. He was super responsive and engaged with our adventure as we look to move from Dallas to Austin. His house was located in an area of Austin we are looking at moving, and his interactions and location of his house made the trip super worthwhile. Totally recommend !!

I had a great stay here. Austin is responsive and ready with neighborhood recommendations. The location is awesome - with a convenience store/cafe right next door which was great for grabbing beverages, snacks, etc. There are a number of restaurants and food trucks within a few minutes walk on 11th st. It's about a 10 minute walk south to 6th st if you're looking for a busier area. Overall, I loved the location and would recommended to anyone wanting to stay in the city. Thanks Austin!

Cannon's place was a great place for our quick stay in Austin!

We enjoyed this Airbnb so much, we will be back. It was a beautiful view, it rained one of the days we stayed and even still the view from the balcony and living room area was amazing. Thank you guys for hosting and doing a wonderful job at it!

The place was amazing love the view. Host was very helpful, friendly and respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Austin area.

I had a great time, liked the location, there are lots of coffee shops, lovely restaurants, markets, bars at walking distance. There’s a trail access 2 min away from the airbnb. Beautiful apartment in 11th floor with good view. The only downside was that it was advertised as a having two beds and in reality is only a one bedroom with a normal bed and then a sleeper sofa, which had a very slim and uncomfortable mattress, but I was able to communicate this with Himesh and he was very responsive and allowed me to borrow a memory foam layer topper to place on the mattress. The other feedback I had was to include more information in the listing regarding parking, we learned until we got there that the building only offers valet parking at $40 nightly fee, if we wanted to park our car we had to look for parking in the area, which was challenging due to construction and not many options.

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

Beautiful apartment, great location!

This is our second time to stay with Jason, and we will continue to come back. We love the location, and always enjoy walking at the park. We love the roof top pool and the accommodations.
