Kal and Raj’s place is wonderful! It’s within walking distance to downtown Austin, Lady Bird Lake, and grocery stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. The condo was very clean and there was plenty of space for the two of us. Each bedroom had comfortable beds and the full bathroom upstairs has a remodeled shower and modern vanity. If you are a shortie like me the sink can be a reach! :) The kitchen is well appointed and there are plenty of dishes and cooking wares. We needed more dish towels and Kal ordered them for us right away! Awesome host service!!:))Just a side note… there is currently construction right out in front of the condo so can be a challenge for Ubering/Lyfting and several stairs that need to be climbed. We are active seniors so we did okay!

cute place and a great location to the lake and walkable to the event I attended for the week. Plan ahead for valet if you have plans, they can get quite backed up to get your car. Loved to be able to use peloton and gym. Pool is not a swimming pool, more of an adult kiddie pool but nice to soak tired feet and lay in the sun. The noise didn't bother me, the sound machine worked great, beautiful view. Thank you.

I had a great stay here! Solo female traveler and I felt totally safe in this property. I cooked a bunch and had everything I needed here! Very comfortable stay!

Great place to stay if you want to be in walking distance of downtown Austin. whole Foods and Book People was a 6 min walk. Clark Oyster bar around the corner and Better Half Cafe and Cocktails two blocks away. The apartment was clean and accessible. the host responsive and helpful. There is construction happening right next door during the day, which will be going on for a while, but it was quite at night. The apartment was clean and comfortable though the extra sleeper couch would be great for kids it is not as cozy for someone who is 6' 5". I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone who wants to explore downtown Austin. Thank you for making our stay great.

We loved this air bnb! Perfect for our 12 person girls trip. Felt very safe and private while still being in a good location. The host answered very quickly and was flexible with bag storage. Pool was awesome too and had few other people when we went.

Loved staying here, my dog and I felt right at home and the yard was very nice. Definitely a great spot in Austin.

Great location, tucked away in a small, quiet apartment complex but walking distance to all the excitement of South College! Just a quick scooter or bike ride to downtown or the lake. Christy was super responsive and had many local recommendations that we checked out. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great, cute, clean Airbnb in the most perfect location! Located in a quieter area, an easy walk or scooter downtown or to East Austin, and several cute spots right by the apt. The pool was perfect for the hot days, and we had everything we needed for our time! The air unit is loud, but it didn't bother us- just seemed like white noise, but I could see how it would be difficult if you were a light sleeper.

Nice spot with a great view. Good access to the city, tho parking is expensive at the hotel.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay in town for a wedding! Super close to great restaurants and coffee shops.

Naveed was great - super kind, welcoming, and responsive. Pickleball courts across the streets which we enjoyed every day! Lots of cute places to eat and drink nearby. Can also walk to Ladybird lake for a pretty stroll. Board games at the house were a nice touch.

My wife and I picked this spot for our 26th anniversary and it was everything and more, a beautiful place. Alvin and Julie are proactive hosts and provided details on every step along the way. From driving to parking in the garage to accessing the house. We loved how peaceful the property was, even booked a couples massage on the property. One other thing to mention was the amount of deer we saw, from a few miles out to the property itself. Thanks so much for the hospitality Alvin and Julie, will see you soon in the near future.

Everything was perfect! Very clean, beautiful view, convenient location.. I will definitely be rebooking penny and cannons place for future lake trips.

Fell in love with this condo! Very cool building. Loved the concrete ceiling and decor and stylish finishings in this unit. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the river in both directions as well as the city skyline. You could see the bat bridge. Was very walkable to restaurants, bars and grocery store right around the corner. Rooftop pool was very nice and serene. Very well stocked had my favorite water and some fun drinks. Also had a curling iron which I very much appreciated with mine breaking in transit. They had everything covered in this place to make you feel comfortable. We really appreciate a well stocked airbnb. Also enjoyed some time kayaking the river. This condo made our Austin trip spectacular.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at David's home. The unit is exactly as advertised, and the proximity to the trail and river is even better than the photos show. We look forward to visiting Austin again and staying at David's home.
