Really great place. Very quiet and private on a really quiet road yet close to downtown and East Austin. Really enjoyed the location. Mike was a great host. Very responsive. I would highly recommend and will probably be back!

Jessa’s place is perfectly located in the charming Hyde Park neighborhood. I loved exploring the area — there’s a great locally owned bookstore, cozy cafés, and inviting restaurants all tucked among lovely family homes. One of my favorite parts was taking evening walks to admire how the locals decorated their houses — one even had a window frame hanging in the front yard's tree! The house itself was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and with a private entrance, which made it feel like my own little retreat. Just a small heads-up for taller guests — the shower head is at a standard height, and at 6'5", I had to do a little maneuvering. Not a complaint, just something to note if you’re over six feet tall. Overall, a great stay — I’d definitely come back!

Loved it, just the right space, very well thought out, in a nice neighborhood. Bed and pillows were comfy and it was very quiet and dark at night, great sleep!

I stayed for 2 months and the apartment was just perfect for what I needed. It is not an apartment to go work in, it is a home to come back to rest and warm your heart after walking, biking, playing volleyball and working in the cafes around downtown. You really feel like in a lux tree house. Amy and Nick were always willing to help and answer any questions. The place is silent, a healthy family environment. For an adventurous person, it is perfect🙏🏼🙏🏼.It is spacious and is a little bigger than what I expected from looking at the pictures. I will definitely be back. Also: kitchen perfectly equipped, cozy living room, comfy bed and pillows, and the lighting is so warm too. 🫀🫀.

We loved staying at Allison and Steven’s guesthouse for a week! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and in a great location. The guest house was very comfortable, cute, and felt spacious. The backyard was lovely and we felt right at home. Allison and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. We’d love to come back next time we’re in ATX. Definitely recommend!

The Rush Inn was a great stay. The neighborhood is fantastic with a quiet feel but tons of good places to eat and hang out nearby. The unit is small but packed with amenities like a stocked kitchen, nice bathroom, and the most comfy bed I’ve slept in. Would for sure stay here again.

Great location for a great price. Off the road and tucked back enough we had plenty of privacy but also walkable to south congress area and the riverside. We slept comfortably and had everything we needed.

Rita’s place is close to my Shady Hollow family… very convenient. I’ve stayed there a couple of times and it will always be my first choice for future stays.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was a perfect location for my first time visiting Austin - so easy to catch a ride downtown. The patio has a gorgeous view of the DT Austin skyline. David was so friendly and helpful. The place is very comfortable and I felt right at home.

We had a great experience with Rachel! She communicated very well and instructions were clear. The bed was super comfortable with cotton/natural fiber bedding (really makes a difference!). We also appreciated the Brita pitcher in the fridge. AC worked well! Very quiet, peaceful and felt very safe. In walking distance to restaurants. Location was just 15 minutes from the airport. We stayed for a couple days, host were very responsive, great great location, private, place was VERY spacious and no clutter, bathroom features were nice, quite neighborhood and felt safe, no issues finding street parking (and the spot in front of the house was always open during our 4 days). I thought the AC over the bed would be an issue since I'm a light sleeper and hate fans but if u adjust the oscillating ft it's not an issue at all! I will say the steps are steep (noted prior to booking) which may be an issue if u have bad knees or use the bathroom frequently, however the couch has a pull out bed I think and the place is roomy. Overall would stay again!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay!! The pictures do not do the place justice. Just know if you love the place from the photos, you’ll definitely love it once you get there. Had an issue where I had to check in earlier than the designated time and the host was able to accommodate me with ease. Overall 10/10 stay. Would definitely book again!

The cottage matched the description perfectly and came fully stocked. I love the “pay it forward” concept! Off-street parking was a great perk. The neighborhood, however, felt a bit rough, with many vacant, boarded-up homes and homeless individuals nearby, but we encountered no problems.

We lived near this neighborhood before, and wanted to stay here because how walkable the neighborhood is, and how close it is to a bus route. We enjoyed walking to catch a bus downtown to listen to live music one night, and I walked to meet some friends at Upper Crust Bakery another morning. This guest house was perfect for is, we could relax in privacy and come take a nap between meeting with friends. We appreciate the kind responsiveness to a request and felt all of our needs were met - we appreciate the use of the on site washer and dryer!

My in-laws loved the rental and thought the hosts were helpful and friendly. Lots of thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and beautifully decorated, spacious rental. We would definitely rent this property again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kinan’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as was described - actually, it exceeded our expectations! The home was spotless, private, and unique. The house was stocked with everything we needed - coffee, an iron(!), washer/dryer, and a spectacular view!
