On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

Tram and bus stops are located on Viale di Trastevere 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. Parking: parking on the road is possible. Very difficult to find free spots but possible, otherwise the parking fee is approx. 8 euro per day on the road or €20/25 in a private garage.

Cleaning fee of 30€ is not included in the booking and is due upon arrival.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Metro stop Ponte Lungo and Train Station Roma Tuscolana to and from Fiumicino. You can reach all tourist destinations in about 15 minutes by metro and Fiumicino Airport in 40 minutes by direct train. Wi-Fi, air-conditioner and all facilities for you holiday in Rome!
