The little house by the sea

An enchanting little house with a breathtaking sea view, just 10 meters from the beach, where you can relax, lulled by the sound of the waves. Furnished in a nautical style, it resembles a sailing ship in motion. The mirrored window allows you to enjoy a coffee or lunch in total privacy while admiring the sea. Just 20 minutes by train from the Roma San Pietro station, the house is close to Etruscan Necropolis of Banditaccia and the Torre Flavia Natural Park, ideal for walks in the nature.

Quiet and residential neighbourood in Santa Marinella close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. Rome is 60 Km away, and is easy to reach by train. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

Our rooms, with very spacious king size beds, are decorated with copies of Van Gogh's "Starry Sky" and "The Sunflowers":-0 - made by @filodambra who worked for Exhibition Hub in Paris, London, Brussels. It is located on the main avenue, with shops, restaurants, bars; close to a nice clean sea with free beaches, a 5-minute walk from the station that leads directly to San Pietro in 25 minutes. Ladispoli is a lively and lively little town, a little L.A.!
