Very comfortable apartment. Great location, a few steps from everything. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Very clean and stylishly furnished apartment, as shown in the pictures. Parking is possible on the street in front of the house. Very nice and super accessible landlady. We are very grateful that the booking worked out spontaneously and very satisfied with the stay.

The flat is spacious, light and overlooking the sea and a blissful sunny balcony. everything available to stay for a few days. At the end of September there was little tourism and the beautiful beach as good as empty. very smooth connection to Rome . Typical seaside town . Grazie mile. It was a very beautiful Apartment and very clean. The train station is very close and it takes you only 20 minutes to travel to Rom. Jessica is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come again.

The apartment is very well distributed and is easily and quickly accessed from both entrances. The large garden is also great as parking. We used the gas stove until January - it worked great and was reliable. Comfortable apartment, we will gladly return thisyear.

A wonderful and peaceful stay, very close to the airport but quiet and calm to recharge after a long trip. Catia's husband was incredibly kind to help us and took us to a nearby store to stock up for the night. We loved the apartment and hope to come back soon.

This cute, clean apartment is in a great location, with everything I'd ever want and need readily accessible. Train station, beach, Rome!!!, groceries, open market, night life, day life, it's all right here in a friendly, safe, clean environment. The host is very helpful and responsive, no problems at all!

Very gracious, helpful and accurate host in communications and hospitality. The apartment is very comfortable and also quite spacious, the kitchen and bathroom are a little small but you can use both without problems. Small terrace but still great for a coffee or alfresco aperitif. Overall a great place to stay, very tidy and where it was very nice to stay.

Lucia’s place was unreal, me and my bf had the best tone staying here. The place is gorgeous and very well kept. Right in the center of all the attractions in Rome. Super easy to get taxi uber and all the best food within minutes. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Rome. Lucia has excellent communication and I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Great place near the beach and main strip of restaurants and night market

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. We had 2 nights here before our cruise. We loved the peaceful surroundings while we got over our jetlag. Having the balcony to relax on with the most amazing view was just what we needed. Lots of great places to walk around and explore. Laura and her husband where amazing hosts. Very responsive and very smooth check in and check out process. The apartment was ideal for our family of six and our car. There is a cafe, a pizza place, a supermarket and more walking distance from the location. everything was clean, different options for coffee (Nescafé machine and a mokka pot). would definitely recommend for families.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
