Beachfront holiday rentals in Ladispoli

Simply spectacular. Minutes from the beach, very clean and well equipped, and with everything you need to have a good rest. I had a very good experience with the self check-in. I booked at 3:30 pm, I did the necessary paperwork, then the host sent me the details and at 5 pm I was already inside. Grateful for the water and snacks they left as a courtesy, a tremendous detail to welcome travelers. I'll be back!

We had a wonderful time! The place was beautiful and Matteo gave us great tips and information once we arrived. Communication was a little slow but everything worked out great!

Fabrizio is hands down one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet on airbnb. His communication is unmatched, and he offers driving services to the port/roma airport, and more. Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. WE FOUND ROSA AND ANGELO COMPLETELY UNCOMPLICATED. BOTH EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HAVE A CHAT. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, AND PROMISED ANGELO WE WILL COME BACK... THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

Giorgia was an excellent host. We were at the end of a 3 week Mediterranean cruise and she accommodated us by letting us check in early, recommending restaurants, grocery stores etc. But honestly the best thing about Mary's Place is the views, absolutely stunning. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day trip to Ostia Antica, relaxing at the beach or just enjoying the town. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Giorgia for taking such good care of us. If you cannot relax and enjoy your time here, then you probably can't do it anywhere. Did I mention the views are stunning!!

We had a short but great stay. The instructions and info around the apartment were incredibly detailed and useful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is designed so logically for its purpose. I cannot overstate how remarkably clean the place was also. The cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to and we use Airbnb a tonne. Communication was faultless before and throughout our stay.

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. We had 2 nights here before our cruise. We loved the peaceful surroundings while we got over our jetlag. Having the balcony to relax on with the most amazing view was just what we needed. Lots of great places to walk around and explore. Emanuelas communication before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment is excellent with a great view of the harbour and very convenient for local shops and restaurants. Couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay, especially if, like us, you were going on a cruise from Civitavecchia.

This apartment couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is wonderful, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport and a less than 5 minute walk from the beach! We stayed here the night before our flight and loved getting to relax on the beach and enjoy a nice seafood dinner. Francesca was extremely helpful with booking a taxi to the airport. She also stored our luggage for us since we arrived before the check in time, making it possible for us to go to the beach! The apartment is stocked with everything you might need and was extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this apartment! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
