Monthly Rentals in La Playa

We really liked the location and the house generally. There are great views of the harbor. The living room and dinning room space was quite comfortable. Jeff and Julie, who are the property managers, were very responsive. Our only issue was the house was listed as a four bedroom and it was not. The 4th Bedroom was an office off the kitchen with no door. I messaged about before renting because I couldn't locate the 4th bedroom in the photos and I needed 4 bedrooms. I was told the owner removed the door and didn't communicate to the management company. Jeff credited our account accordingly.

This place was super relaxing and safe. I loved the private beach, the beautiful neighborhood, and the quick access to all of San Diego. The bed was soft and clean, the weather took care of the temperature in the room with super nice sea breeze, and it was easy to park and walk to.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. It was very close to the beach and it was very peaceful throughout the day and night. We would definitely like to come back someday.
