Holiday rentals with a patio in La Manga

Great accommodation! We liked everything, it was a very good forty days and no problems. Market in front, bakery and other shops nearby. Good restaurants nearby, great for practicing and relaxing on the beach. Internet is fast and stable. Many thanks to Maria, who was a very attentive host.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. We recommend the apartment and thank Alexey & Natalia and Elena.

It was perfect, the owner is attentive to everything and very kind, the apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos but in person it is better, the terrace is spectacular, everything is pristine and very well equipped. and the area... very quiet and close to everything, with very nice places to see and enjoy. if I can I will return.... Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Nice apartment with a fantastic view

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! The house was spotless and with everything needed. We spent two perfect days disconnecting and relaxing. Beatriz is very friendly and available at all times. He allowed us to leave later than the scheduled time. I would go back a thousand times !

We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

Totally recommended house, equipped with all comforts and very clean, no detail is missing Located in a quiet area, with a multitude of gardens to walk around and close to the beach of the minor sea. We will definitely repeat David - Larisa - Atreyu

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location and suited us perfectly. We chose this ground floor location due to mobility issues and it was perfect, easily accessed with just a small step at the entrance to the complex. Everything was spot on and exactly as the description, WiFi and TV were good quality and beds were very comfortable. Dave is a top host and communicated quickly to every message. Highly recommended

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

Fermín's accommodation was new with modern and tasteful decoration, it had beautiful views of the two seas and was very clean. Many extras that were worth it and make the stay very comfortable and with many options for recreational activities. There are also many options for getting around, such as bus stops, bicycles, scooters, etc. The area is very quiet, at least on the dates we traveled. We highly recommend it, Thank you Fermín!!

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.

I had a truly amazing stay at Annette's lovely home from home. It was super-well equipped and had literally everything you needed. The view from the roof terrace was awesome and I felt very secure and safe as I'm a lady that was there alone for some of my 4-week stay. Alan, the super-host that greeted us was beyond helpful and lovely and recommended lots of local places to eat etc. and literally couldn't do enough for us - amazing chap! The pool was great and just a few metres away - the photos don't do it justice. This place is nestled in between Torrevieja centre and La Mata beach so is peaceful and quiet enough to chill out but only a stones-throw from all the action. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again - it has everything you need to feel comfortable and as though you have all of your creature comforts. I'm already looking to book again! You won't be disappointed ;)

Amazing few days away with my business partner for a well deserved break away from the craziness of business. Sergio was super, an amazing place to stay with everything you need in the complex itself. The pool bar gym & pools are amazing to have, very private. The roof top solarium is a treat with amazing sea views. Will definitely be back, we had a issue with our rental car and Sergio was quick to respond when we needed recommendations for a local mechanic Thanks again Sergio
