An excellent host and peace of mind in the home as if we were at home.

We were 3 families with children aged 2-6 and we loved it… so much we are already thinking about repeating. The house and land are super spacious, ideal for going in groups. The games in the garden are a pass and the children had to entertain the whole end of the trampoline, treehouse, slackline with hoops, zip line, climbing structure with tent, casita, sandbox, and inside a bunch of toys. Not to mention that they took their own eggs from the chicken coop to make omelettes- Thanks Laura, they were delicious! The house was clean and with everything one might need in a cottage and more. Everything was very comfortable. We were very comfortable and Laura responded quickly and very kindly to all our questions.

We booked this accomodation because we needed a large secured place to park our rental van with our belongings as we we were moving. I also wanted a secure yard for my dog. I wasn't expecting much, but we loved Ana's place. The plot is huge. Completely secure. And the cabin is very new and spotlessly clean. We loved it. It's private, so it's a nice place to chill out, yet you are close to supermarkets and things to do. You do need to drive a very short distance up a gravel road. But it's less than 100meters. We were there on a Saturday night and you could hear a local bar playing music, which was really nice. Pet friendly rating: 10/10 The plot is huge. There is also an additional large dog pen included that is secured also if you need to leave your dog. There is also a small doggy pool for them to cool off. There are other dogs in the properties that run parallel, but they can't get to each other. It was nice to let my dog roam freely and not worry she could escape. Very dog friend

Maria was gracious enough to let me and my wife host our wedding at the villa. From the outset Maria was incredibly helpful, recommending caterers, decorators, furniture hire and reliable taxi services. Many months later the big day came and it was the most beautiful, unforgettable experience of our lives made possible by this beautiful and unforgettable villa. It is a peaceful place with lots of privacy. We had a party of 13 staying in the villa and there was plenty of room for us all. It never felt too crowded. Pretty much all of the amenities we needed were provided including little things like mosquitos candles! The pool and jacuzzi are both kept really clean and in perfect condition- no surprise that most of our time was spent here. Taxi services in the area were very reliable and were happy to operate via chat apps using a translation app to help. Car/Taxi use is a bit of must here given how remote the area is. Overall. 10/10. We're absolutely coming back! Thank you Maria.

Large accommodation with everything you need for a short or long stay. Easy to park and terrace to enjoy sunny evenings. Pleasant exchanges with Cecilia with all the instructions needed to arrive serenely.

We had a great time at this villa - it is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Very comfortable with great facilities. The kitchen is well equipped, so it was easy to stay in and cook. The outdoor space is beautiful - nice swimming pool and summer kitchen with BBQ area! The villa is located 15 min drive from Cartagena and 10 min drive to the nearest beach. Restaurants and a supermarket are only 5 minute drive away. Angela and her husband was very nice and helpful.

The house was in perfect condition, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication was clear and the treatment was correct at all times. We sincerely regret that we did not leave the place in the conditions they expected; it was not our intention to cause any inconvenience. We also appreciate the hospitality and were grateful for the experience.

I organised a stag do to stay here, 12 guys, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! The villa comfortably kept the 12 of us with plenty of great amenities to keep us entertained. We had music going through most of the day and night on the sound system and spent plenty time making noise and didn't seem to disturb anyone. It's a bit out the way in terms of travel but it is well situated; we organised private transport which was a must. Monica's communication was brilliant and she provided plenty of advice and ideas for our stay. Only slight criticism is that some of the decor and amenities are a bit tired and could do with some sprucing up. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place, and would stay here again.

We loved staying at Damian's house. Accommodation ideal for kids and pets, especially they had a great time. We'll be back.

Everything was fantastic. Exactly what we expected. Maria was very kind and very attentive. I already told you that we will definitely repeat because we felt at home. There was everything and the house was very well stocked, with bed linen, towels, cutlery, pans... We didn't need anything. Everything was great and we felt very comfortable there.

Beautiful spacious house in a remote location nestled at the foot of the hills. Chari was an excellent host providing lots of communication and we were met and shown around the house by her lovely mum. The house is full of character, with everything you need- from the well equipped kitchen, to extra blankets and pillows, heaters in every room, and she sourced and set up a cot for us too, along with other children’s toys. The house was extremely clean. We enjoyed the remoteness of the location up a track, but it also had a few other houses nearby. Its in a fantastic area for walking with routes from your doorstep. We visited in Jan so it was too cold to experience the outside space, which had a huge pool and lovely bbq area - this would be fantastic in the summer. The grounds are extensive, well kept and with stunning views. We found a small SUV vehicle was useful in navigating the track up to the house. If you like being away from it all with stunning views then this is your house!

The place is very quiet and beautifully located between magnificent flower meadows (April). Away from the hustle and bustle and if you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. For many beautiful outdoor activities, such as hiking, climbing, cycling, it is ideally suited as a starting point. The house is rustically furnished in the country house style and lacks nothing. Paco is very hospitable and helpful. He immediately equipped us with the most important information (including climbing and hiking guides). We also got small local guest gifts, which we were very happy about. Again, we lacked nothing.

If you are looking for peace and quiet to rest, this is the place! The house is very clean, very well equipped, nothing missing, the pool is very nice. We were pleasantly surprised because it's really better in reality than in the photo. The lady who welcomed us was very kind. The only negative point would be that there isn't too much activity in the evening to do close to the house, but otherwise it was really perfect. We'll come back if we have a chance. Thank you.

It was everything very but very pleasant and we were very comfortable. We went with two girls of a year and a half and they had a great time, on the last day some friends came to sleep with two children of the same age and I lost the girl a stuffeduche for the sofa and we said it and without problems they found it and they made it very easy to go for her, many thanks we want to always return to charm everything, to the fish pond that the girls only wanted to go there to see the fish. Magnificent house and sensational service from the Host. A very good experience that fit the idea we had of rest.

Everything was great. The house, the pool, everyone was happy. The children, my family and I were very happy. We had a good time as a family. The pool was very nice, everything was comfortable and the owner was very kind and attentive. No problems. If I had to find a fault, I would say that where the children's games are, you should put something to cover them from the sun, so the children can enjoy it more. Otherwise, it was good.

Very unique, beautiful and quiet place. Surrounded by the countryside. We were very comfortable. An amazing pool. Very well located near Murcia and places of interest. Highly recommended accommodation and if we return to Murcia we will surely repeat. Juan is very friendly and attentive. He gave us very useful and accurate recommendations on where to eat and what to visit.
