Just left an amazing weeks stay at Jukka’s Villa. We had an amazing time, everything as described and Jukka was an amazing host, couldn’t have asked for anything more. There is everything you could need, he really has thought of everything! We will definitely be coming back.

We spent 4 weeks in the apartment and had a fantastic stay. The apartment’s location is superb- there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and a great Supercor supermarket a short walk away. Both the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are within easy walking distance and the location on the Marina is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and the outside spaces are perfect. The sunsets are amazing from the terraces looking out across the marina and the mar menor. Gonzalo was very helpful and accommodating as we were considerably delayed in checking in.

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

Super well located house, clean, with nice views. Easy to access and perfect for a quiet holiday. The house has everything you need to be with family or friends. We had a few very pleasant days Mark very available and nice too

Nice, clean, with great drafts and tastefully renovated. The location and views we loved it even though it's not for anyone. You have to walk at least ten minutes to reach services and beaches, but it was really worth it. Being close to the Amoladeras, Cabo de Palos and the beaches of the Mar Menor is a privilege. We thought it had a terrace for a photo. It's a communal canopy with chairs to accommodate. Not comfortable if you don't want to disturb. A great apartment. To repeat without a doubt.

It was a nice short stay that deserves the name vacation, as everything was as described before and the check-in was easy thanks to Sergio's clear and good instructions. He also fulfilled our special request. The only drawback was the very narrow parking spaces. But Sergio can't do anything about that and there are also plenty of options outside the parking lot belonging to the accommodation in the immediate vicinity and free of charge. If we are looking for accommodation in this area again, we will ask Sergio first.

We stayed a few days because we had a conference at the hotel opposite and there were no rooms left, so it was a luxury. Both Cristina and José Ángel have been wonderful and the apartment is exactly what it says it is. The place is small, so three fit just right, but for a beach apartment you will not find it more comfortable and modern than this. They include everything you need to cook and even to season the food, so you can. As a minor issue, the shower water leaks through the joints and wets the floor, but it's not much. Everything is very good. We are very happy and would repeat if we needed an accommodation nearby.

I will recommend it to all my acquaintances. Jose's apartment met all our expectations, both location (just a few meters from the beach), equipment, cleaning and care. In addition, Jose is a 10-star host. He didn't give us problems for the arrival, took care of the smallest detail and gave us very good recommendations about restaurants and local plans. We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that no mosquitoes entered even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a shame, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment to spend a quiet and comfortable vacation.

Ideal apartment, on the beach, with a large terrace overlooking the sea. It's like you're in your own home, nothing is missing. He even provided us with beach towels, some chairs and a parasol. The beds and pillows are comfortable. I would definitely come back.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

We had a great time at Sonia's apartment! For the price, the apartment is faithful to the images, small but with everything you need to have a good stay. The pillows are too soft, I already mentioned it to Sonia. Keep in mind that there is not much storage to undo the suitcase so that's something to keep in mind. The area is very quiet so if you are looking for tranquility, intimacy and beach it is perfect. For a little more activity, good restoration and such… you have to get around.

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good quiet accommodation with a great view. Paco and Maria are very responsive and always give good advice on visits to restaurants and activities.

The experience has been brutal!! Paco's apartment is perfect, it has a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the pool is super quiet (at least the dates I was staying). As I arrived at lunchtime, Paco took care of making the best recommendations for restaurants in the area. As a host, it's the best I've found in this app, not only did he recommend beaches, coves and restaurants, but also plans to do in the area that I enjoyed a lot. 100% recommended, if I return to the area I know where to stay!!!
